This company is a literal scam. I placed an order and it was partially delivered with one incorrect item, which I contacted them about right away, and they ghosted me. Then their website disappeared and their phone number was disconnected. Their social media accounts seem to still be active so I just reached out there and am hoping someone will help me but it's extremely doubtful.

Made plans to pick up two chairs, paid for them and was told they were not there. This company is disorganized, has limited hours because they work out of storage locker, not a warehouse, communication is spotty and free pick up cost me the fee they paid the person to open the storage locker. So, no free pick up as advertised on their website. Run from this company.
Missing parts of the sofa. I tried to contact but didn’t get assistance.
1.Took sometime to arrange the delivery but once arranged, things moved efficiently.
2. Responsive to the event where one item was found damaged upon delivery. Fair refund was issued quickly.
Seems like the company has closed down or out of business - no one responds to emails or texts after multiple attempts and there is no phone number to call.
Great speedy service. Items came in original packaging and was not damaged in any way! Highly recommend!
UPDATE:
We did ultimately get a refund from the company on the items that could not be delivered or picked-up. They seemed disorganized but legitimately trying to have a company just not actually getting stuff done for whatever reason. This caused us a lot of wasted time and money; albeit, we could have really benefited from the excellent discounts if we'd received what we ordered. It's a nice idea. Maybe they will get it together someday.

Unfortunately I think this is a scam company. They are difficult to contact, and will not call you over the phone-- only text. They keep sending us the exact same text message about delivery dates, and we tell them to go ahead and deliver, but they never reply again. Days go by, and then the same text message with an apology for the delay. Then they say they can't get half of our order delivered for another month (It's supposed to be IN STOCK returns sitting in a warehouse in our own city, so I don't get this part, especially when we offered to pick it up). They won't answer any questions about what happened to the other half of the order, and they won't return emails even when we tell them we're calling the bank. RUN far away from this company. They either don't give a crap, or they are a scam. Either way, they don't deserve to own a credit card merchant account if they are playing with customer's money and time like this. If they ever deliver anything, I will update my review. Otherwise I will have to call my credit card company to dispute the charges. What a hassle!!

Horrible Customer Service. Costly delivery fee and unreliable delivery services. Canceled the first time without advance notice. I actually had to reach out to them to check if the item was still en route, they mentioned the driver canceled at the last min. It was rescheduled to another day, and they still didn't confirm delivery the day before or deliver the item. I reached out to them and they never responded. WORST WEBSITE. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! THE LOW PRICES WILL DECEIVE YOU AND THEN YOU HAVE TO DEAL WITH THE HEADACHE AFTERWARDS. Ended up contacting my CC company.

I got great quality nightstands - they are super modern and arrived in perfect condition. In addition, customer service and delivery were also great. I really appreciated how customer service kept me in the loop about the status of my shipment. I also really liked the delivery service they provided, Clutter, since it kept me informed of when they would arrive to deliver my nightstands the day of. Thank you!

I had a super easy experience buying and doing local pick up all within 24 hrs. I love Rove Concepts, their quality is unmatched. When I spotted a $1k chair for $200, it was clear it was worth the risk to try. I’m SO glad I did, and I’m totally obsessed my chair. It is gorgeous and I saved $900! The chair was in perfect and flawless condition. I went over the chair with a fine tooth comb and there’s not a single blemish. Thank you so much, I’ll be back to shop more!
I found a really nice set of dining chairs in Austin, Texas. It was arranged for me to pick them up and the whole experience from start to finish was very pleasant. When I arrived, the Return Company representative was extremely nice and easy to work with. They kept me up to date with my order the entire time. This was my second time purchasing from them and I will definitely buy from them in the future.
So far their communication has been underwhelming. They are supposedly picking up a couch I’m returning but the person emailed me saying they’d call me one day and then I had to reach out only for them to say sorry can’t do it until next week but can’t schedule me?
If you have time next week why can’t you schedule me?
You’d think if they are going to re-sell the item that they’d want inventory.
I'm very happy and pleased with my purchase. I scheduled to pickup items and the condition was exceptional. The discounts I received were really unbeatable. I highly recommend the return company and definitely will purchase from them in the near future.
No one answers the phone—they said they delivered in my city but my zip kept getting rejected. They had to authorize on their end- then they took payment and had me fill out a google form with my address and gate code and times I’m home.
Then I get a text saying the chairs I ordered are actually not available. I am
