My orders came very timely and well packaged. I had to return one of my purchase as it did not fit, and it was a "no hassle" return. I highly recommend Soothing Company to family and friends.

We were very pleased with the service we received. Questions answered promptly and fountain we chose easy to put together. Our tenants love having it in the sunroom which is used for all types of relaxing activities. The sound of the water adds to the atmosphere of our room.

My daughter wanted an outdoor fountain and I found this site and suggested she choose one for her birthday. We were both excited. Once she assembled it, she realized it would only produce a slight gurgle of water, nothing like the magnificent flow water represented in the photos. I paid $1000 for it, she paid the $200 shipping to return it, and the company only refunded $600. This was an online shopping disaster.

I set it up just 3 days ago . Easy installation and works great. I had to insert some plastic to cover up middle holes as water wasn't getting out to the ends now it works great!!

Our fountain has leaked since we received it and we can no longer even use it as a fountain because of the waste of water and effect on the ground around it. when we first received it I tried to make several complaints with the company with very poor and limited responses. I would not recommend the company and regret my purchase as I essentially have a large bird bath and have only used the fountain 3 times in the last year and a half.

Our contractor Isaac Oren has called you for help and perhaps an added part. We are very frustrated. We may discard the fountain if we cannot make it work correctly. It has never worked right but gotten worse over time.
