Beautiful scent and long lasting burning. Lovely packaging too

I ordered products for friends and family as gifts for Christmas. Unfortunately they did not arrive in the suggested timeframes which was hugely disappointing BUT when I reached out Stephanie offered a full refund and due to the situation advised that I also keep the products by way of a goodwill gesture. Stars are for great customer service 😁

Soulscape (SIA B Aesthetic, Latvia) is a deceptive dropshipping scheme. They use stolen imagery from Temu/AliExpress and AI-manipulated content to sell mass-produced items at a 300% markup while claiming they are 'handmade' in Canada and 'boutique.' Their "About Us" section is a complete fabrication which steals and repurposes images from other legitimate vendors to lend credibility.

I ordered on Nov 25th for a Christmas gift; it took 22 days just to reach a domestic hub because it was shipped from China. They use dynamic IP-spoofing to lie about their location and AI-bots (Stephanie) to give fake tracking updates. I have filed a formal report with the Competition Bureau of Canada as well as Shopify.

Avoid at all costs!

Drop shipping company, please avoid, not shipped from Scotland as stated on the website, order took a month to arrive

Item arrived today and now I understand why it takes so long (over 2 weeks to ship within Australia)... they might like to remove the blatantly obvious Chinese stickers from the items before they drop-ship them. Shame on you for trying to pass this off as an authentic company.
Save your money and buy elsewhere.

The Paleo sticks supplied are rubbish and caused a headache for my friend.

Soul Scape is not an authentic brand and everything posted on their site is false. They ship from China, and the entire story about Sophie the creator, and handmade products is all a façade to get consumers to buy into their product. I reached out to them to inquire about the Blossom incense holder and where it is made. I was informed it is hand made by a family in Portugal, but when I received it, it was packaged in a cardboard box with a QR code and a chinese word on it - "Zhijia". The meaning of zhijia is "stand" or "holder". Please do not purchase from them! You are paying for a cheaply made product, which you are better off ordering off Amazon.

The burner they supplied was okay but expensive. The burning Palo Santo wood was not fit for purpose. Did not smell like it should and only would keep smouldering for about a minute.

This is a scam company - buy at your own risk! Products are made and shipped from China. Website advertises as being based in Australia, but company is registered in Latvia! Reading other reviews, they state they thought the product was handmade and from their own country (Canada/UK) so obviously this is an international scam that updates where it’s made depending on your country. It’s a very cleverly concocted AI generated website but don’t believe for a second!! Cheap, mass produced Chinese garbage.

I ordered this chimney like holder and I was genuinely impressed. The ceramic feels really solid and high quality, not lightweight like I was worried it might be. I also ordered palo santo sticks and the scent is soft and clean. Shipping to Netherlands did take a little longer than I expected (about 2 weeks), but it was worth the wait and I appreciated that everything was packaged really nicely too. I will definitely be orderring again for Christmas gifts :)

I wish I had read these reviews before spending nearly $130.00 AUD on this rubbish. The Palo Santo sticks don’t work, the ceramic pot looks cheap, and the Jasmine ceremonial incense cones don’t smell luxurious at all. It’s a total waste of money, and I will never shop here again.

I love my palo santo purchase from soul scape. The ceramic holder is really nice, great design. It really suits my decor! When I burned my first stick in it I immediately felt happy with the quality! I've used many other sticks in the past but none as good as these! There is a hint of mint which I found to be super relaxing and calming! My house smells fresh! When friends visit they always comment on how nice my home smells! These bad reviews don't make sense to me! I have started burning before bed and it really helps to relax us for a good night sleep. I highly recommend!

I purchased the “Reset” ceramic Palo santo holder and burning sticks and I was really disappointed in the whole experience. I reached out to the company and was told that a refund was not possible because there was no default with the product. I am a consumer who is not satisfied with the product, I would have thought they would back up their product and refund my money. No luck, I was told they can’t reimburse me for my purchase.
I do not recommend purchasing the burner, it is not worth the money.

Scam. Avoid! There's a well designed website with a story and AI generated images as to the origins of the company. But it's a well crafted lie.

I was very excited when I received my palo santo holder- very sleek and organic design. I loved it so much I offered it as a gift to a friend that has a clinic. I also appreciated receiving a free gift of ceremonial palo santo sticks. Now I will reorder for myself.

I ordered a gift for a friend and she was very disappointed- her review is also on the site. Sarah then offered a refund which arrived. So that was a good experience. She also maintained that the products are artisan made.

A total scam. The website is very well crafted and leads suit to believe that these are beautiful handmade pieces made in the UK. I bought into it and ordered only to find out two weeks later. It was on its way from China contacted the company with no response. Complete waste of money. Stay well away.

Scam

Like the other folks on this. I bought into this. I thought these were going to be handmade products. I was excited to support Canadian artists. What you get is machine made Temu garbage. Go onto Temu and search Palo Santo Holder, or Insense Holder and you will get the exact same products.

If you call them out on this, and ask for a refund, you'll have to pay out the nose to get it back to China. DO NOT BUY.

I recommend anyone else who gets duped report this as a fraudulent product with your credit card.

Claims their based in Montreal but it's shipping from China. Also way at the bottom of their site under contact information, their legal address is in Latvia. Total scam.
