My journey was peaceful throughout the pregnancy with soul sanskar , every session was mood uplifting, i could recover faster after my c section, I was well informed before my delivery of the stages of labour.I am satisfied and happy with soul sanskar, they were like friends holding my hand and walking me through the new transition of life.

Best yoga for pre & post natal women
I haven't been this comfortable in any yoga classes but in soul Sankar's prenatal & postnatal I am. I gone through c section but my recovery is faster as I was working out in prenatal classes. Now I am 6 months postpartum woman. Postnatal classes brought back my strength to take care of my baby & household as well. & May be due to meditation, mantras during prenatal classes, my baby is more understanding towards my feelings & his patience level are one which awe me everytime. Less tantrums. All thanks to soul Sankar's (techniques) team. What's different here is the instructors are Highly knowledgeable & acknowledge each & every student's concerns & monitor their alignments in asanas, this makes us motivated in attending classes regularly

You can share anything, literally "anything" your going through. Aanchal and her team, they're always ready to answer your questions, be there to support you emotionally, mentally. Whatever struggles you have during pregnancy they make it a cakewalk for you. Even during classes, they're so focused, make you feel relaxed. They talk and ease out your stress. They teach the best which works for you. Individual attention and comfort level is given to the student. They make you feel empowered, confident and most of all prepare you for whats ahead.
They also teach us, labour management, breathing techniques during labour, tips and tricks to have a positive birth. They give you diet sheet if you want one. A dedicated dietician is round the clock for further help. Above all it feels like a family with other students encouraging and supporting one an other. My entire pregnancy journey was so peaceful, energetic and full of positivity. You can join this big family without a second thought. Great experience
I joined Soul Sanskar a little late in my pregnancy (around 28 weeks) when I started experiencing some pelvic pain, and I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions I made. The yoga sessions and exercises not only helped ease my discomfort but also kept me flexible and active through the rest of my pregnancy. More importantly, they gave me a sense of calm whenever I felt anxious.
During labor, the birthing ball exercises and breathing techniques I had practiced made a huge difference.
My goal in joining wasn’t just to prepare for a smooth delivery, but also to support my postnatal recovery—and I can confidently say that the practices I learned are helping me recover really well.

Best for first time moms
Such a wonderful team: from the first enquiry till the end of pregnancy, the team was extremely helpful and understanding. I reached out to them for all the queries and they answered all of them with so much patience and ease. Truly 5/5 as a whole. I would recommend it to everyone, especially first time moms who are uncertain about their journey.
Best prenatal service for delivery - soul sanskar
Starting from flexibility in the class timings to the labour management sessions and nutrition session. Each and every class and sessions were really helpful. My 1st delivery was cesarian and wanted my 2 nd delivery to vbac. My wish was fulfilled with the help of soul sanskar team. All breathing techniques, hypno birthing , birthing ball exercises were game changer. Only suggestion is to include breastfeeding session also as it will be really helpful.
Rhythm and practice is the key
One of the most important things for working moms specially is to remain active in a way that's building your strength for upcoming and the most beautiful but challenging phase of your lives. With Soul Sanskar, it was made possible for me with its 360° well-being program, to keep me mentally and physically fit.

My expirience with Soul Sanskar

I’m overjoyed to share that we have been blessed with a beautiful baby girl through normal delivery on July 22nd.My contractions started around 12:30 am. I managed to stay at home till 8 am by doing kept some gentle exercises and birthing ball movements taught during my yoga classes. I was 2cm dilated when we reached hospital. On application of gel, the pain became stronger and contractions started coming every 2–3 minutes. By 12:00 pm, I was 4–5 cm dilated. Labour progressed quickly, and by 1:00 pm, with 4–5 strong pushes, our little princess was in my arms.. The Lamaze breathing and hypnobirthing techniques kept me calm and focused throughout. Taking classes early in my pregnancy kept my body flexible, and I believe this played a big role in achieving a normal delivery. The yoga sessions not only kept me active but also helped me stay relaxed and positive during my entire pregnancy journey. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team at Soul Sanskar @Aanchal Soul Sanskar for guiding me so beautifully through this journey.
Totally recommend to everyone
I had a great experience with them. The batch is not just fir acheiving the goal of normal delivery but also for calmness & rediness of mind & ur body to be ready for any situation that may arrive. Although i wanted a normal delivery but ended up having an c-section due to some complication. But all the things tought in the classes helped me stay calm while being in the OT & i recovered very well. Was able to stand & walk on my own after 2 days of C-section & now carrying out all my daily activities by myself. I would like to thank the founder & totally recommend soul sanskar to everyone.
Amazing experience at Soulsanskar
I started taking prenatal Soulsanskar’s classes starting my 2nd tri..and I can literally feel the difference as in I don’t fear now with pregnancy related issues..I feel having more and more knowledge not just the myths..yoga classes are properly guided involves mediation, pranayam, breathing, strengthening exercises..Anchal is very helpful and always there to answer to your questions..Diksha and Srividya are quite excellent in there work as well so yeah it’s been quite good 😊

I have joined both prenatal and postnatal program from soul sanskar and it really helped me to overcome mood swings ,weight gain during pregnancy and also after delievery too. Diksha our instructor shez a wonderfull teacher very calm n understanding.I suggest everyone to enroll atleast once during your hard times.

I wish I could rate this zero. This one star is for the other tutors who are kind and gentle with Moms-to-be. Anchal, who is the founder of soul sanskar, is the rudest yoga instructor with no sense to handle pregnant women. She always starts the conversation blaming others and uses rough and unnecessary language during classes as well as in conversation. She can’t accept the mistakes and correct the processes. They made my pregnancy terrible for 2 weeks with heated arguments and nobody wanted to listen my side of the story. When I asked them for refund or recordings for the payment made, they tried to benefit from the situation by offering me a different class at a different price point.
Phase of pregnancy itself is highly sensitive. If your moto is do some stretches then attend the classes and expect nothing else. They are not helping me with anything else expect those regular scheduled classes.
