This was my 3rd time at the establishment and I can say it will be my last. I have never paid $40 for the buffet, but I guess because it was also showing there was a brunch buffet as well as African dinner was the reason $40 was charged. I would not have mind so much the price but the fact that it was not clear if the 40 was for both or just one option. Not only that, the older lady with the red hair that was the hostess was rushing people to get up before the African dinner started. She was insinuating and made a comment " oh yal waiting on the dinner to start". This is my first encounter with her and she has definitely messed it up from getting my business again. So, I'm trying to figure out what was the 40 dollars for because the food was the same and they did not provide complimentary juice as they usually do. I guess I paid 40 dollars for a hostess that needs to be retrained to keep her comments to herself. However, the live DJ was nice but not necessary, if that's what the increase in price was for and oils for my husband that he won't use. Also, the owner acted like initially he wasn't going to give the oils to my husband. I guess he was trying to fill us out and see how we would act in his establishment. Another thing, the know it all hostess had the nerve to try and correct me when I said "brunch ", she said "it's breakfast " Since her smart azz know so much, brunch is breakfast that is served beyond noon, and the flyer even said Brunch. I swear it's always somebody trying to throw their weight around and stick out their chest like they're the boss and they're just the workers.
