Unfortunately, I ordered some shipping boxes for my Beolab 8000's and never received anything. I tried reaching out multiple times via email and never heard back. I am just out $183 USD for my order.

Very prompt response to my enquiry. Very personable service and dealt with the collection very promptly. I was happy with the price offered and the overall experience. If you have old B&O equipment and are looking to sell it, this is an excellent way to do so.

James has real knowledge and experience with the products he offers, and is able to give valuable advice on setting up a system to suit your needs. ordering was quick and simple, and delivery faultless. Can not recommend highly enough.

Really easy and simple service. James was professional and friendly and made everything very straightforward. I sold a few old B&O sound systems to him, he gave me a quote beforehand, then came and had a look and made payment on the spot.

Great communication, products exactly as described, freight was fast and efficient even though the destination was Australia, items arrived well packaged, through customs quickly, the whole process was seem less, and would have no hesitation doing business again.

From the moment that I contacted Sound-Affair and they made me an offer my my Bang and Olafsen system they were totally honest and upfront. An offer was made and accepted and even though a couple of faults developed on the system while discussions about shipping etc were being made, they kept to their promise. Packing boxes were sent and returned at their expense , all shipping arrnged. The agreed price was paid into my account once they had received the delivery. The whole thing was conducted with professionalism and friendliness, both over the phone and online. SA gave me a fair quotation on the products I had. They sent me a label for the boxed product and the carrier collected on a date to suit me. after checking and testing I received the cash in my account one day later. a pleasant experience from start to finish.

Unfortunately I experienced the OPPOSITE. I have 5 pending/"Processing" (paid) orders form September 2023 ...
And the seller EVEN DOES NOT REPLY to my mails from January (I wrote dozens and tried to contact them/him over the phone ... NO SUCCESS). At the beginning of our relationship it was OK, a bit late shipments but at least they/he communicated. I thought something serious happened with him/them, but seeing the current reviews, they are alive and serving customers .... So I DO USE THIS FORUM TO BRING INTO THEIR ATTENTION ... IT IS UNACCEPTABLE TO IGNORE C U S T O M E R ... such an unpolite and criminal way!!

Really easy to deal with James. He was quick to set a date, came to my house; very polite! Money transferred immediately whilst he was there and before removing the kit.

Since I was a lad, I had wanted to own a BEOSOUND 3000. I recently achieved this with the help of James. Being a significant and one-time purchase, I was willing to buy confidence and quality for a premium price. By contacting Sound Affair I also benefited from helpful and patient advice in decoding the (at first quite alarming) model options, settling on a system that is a treat for the eyes and ears. In the grand scheme of B&O-level price tags, this was a ‘low-budget’ purchase, but the service was top-notch all the way. I did end up spending twice what I could have taking an eBay gamble, but for me the confidence and quality was worth it.

I had a delivery issue regarding an item, after emailing the team, they advised they would refund me my payment as they could not guarantee the delivery date.
I appreciate their candor , I would definitely use them again.
