First off, i got a huge discount on a pair of B&O 28s. They are beautiful and like new, having only been used as demos in the B&O store. They were packed in the original packing and well protected. When they arrived I did not have the base speaker to one of the 28s. I reached out to James and he express mail it to me. I gave 4 stars because, like others mentioned, they are slow to ship. All in all, I would purchase from them again and would recommend them to others.

I bought a pair of B&O 6000 speakers in January 2023 and subsequently a B&O cartridge from Sound-Affair.
The products are excellent, good value for money and exactly what I wanted to reactivate my B&O equipment which I have had for many years.
The process for purchasing was very straightforward and the equipment arrived very well packaged. Indeed, the packaging for the cartridge was used to send to Sound-Affair my old cartridge for which I received a contribution towards the cost of the new cartridge.
James was invariably helpful and courteous and it was a pleasure to do business with his company.
I shall certainly return to Sound-Affair for any future pre-owned B&O equipment needs.

James bought my Beomaster 5500. I'd emailed him some pictures with a full description and he made a very fair, and more generous offer than others had. I was able to deliver it to him and there was no haggling or questioning of the state of the equipment and payment was made in full there and then. James was very professional offers a good price for a pair of 20 year old Beolab 3 speakers one of which needed repairing. Once James had received the speakers the transaction was very quick. Would definitely recommend service

I purchased a set of Beolab 28s from Sound affair imported to the US communication was good during the shipping process which was surprisingly quick We had some issues with BO original packaging materials from their factory which was outside of our influence Over all a good experience

Best Bang & Olufsen resell shops I have come across. James was so knowledgeable and professional and easy to communicate with. He helped me upgrade my system seamlessly and was very correct and fair with the exchange. I can honestly say that it was a pleasure dealing with this company and of course the brilliant James. The quality of the products are excellent and they arrived in superb condition with everything included that I needed to set it up. As for James - he is also brilliant and obviously care for his products and customers equally - nothing was too much. It was time for my Beovision and beolab28 speakers to move on. Sound affair made me a good offer for the lot.
I took into account that it was a simple transaction, that they would drive 12hours to pick it up pack it etc. That they would service it, take good quality photos, take time to display it sell it with a warranty, Pack it and delivery to the new owners and make a fair profit on it. It was a good offer and i was very happy to accept it.
On the day James arrived on time, was very friendly and cheerful. Was happy with the kit and quickly paid the full amount into my bank account.
Very happy, everything went smoothly and will deal with them again.
