Sound Affects Opiniões

Bought a guitar from them. It was posted quickly and with good communication. I contacted them to return it and they replied quickly and sorted it out with no fuss. When I sent it back to them I saw that the guitar had arrived and they had issued my refund within a couple of hours. Would recommend.

I recently bought a pre-owned Ibanez Premium RG827z online from Sound Affects, and I honestly can’t praise the team enough. From start to finish, they were professional, supportive, and completely reassuring throughout.

They really went the extra mile for me. When I asked for additional photos, they sent over detailed pictures and even short videos covering everything I asked to see and more. I ran into a few technical hiccups on my end during checkout, but the team was incredibly flexible and accommodated my needs without any hassle.

Shipping was ultra-fast - it arrived in just a couple of working days, the guitar arrived in fantastic condition. Stellar customer support!

From my side a big A+...Definitely worth recommending!

I went to sound affects yesterday to try out an acoustic guitar. I was allowed to sit in a room on my own with it and was left in peace. No high pressure salesmen.

I bought the guitar and am delighted with it, it plays well and sounds fab. I have no hesitation recommending this store.

I bought a used Vintage Icon series guitar from these guys, and I'm so glad I did. The guitar itself, is awesome - the customer service was fantastic too. I'd happily buy from SoundAffect again, and undoubtedly will in the future.

The pictures on SoundAffects' website were very accurate. The instrument is exactly what I had hoped for: excellent condition, competitive price. SoundAffects eve chipped in a gig bag. The parcel came within days, perfectly protecting the contents. I am, yet again, impressed with the quality of SoundAffects' goods and service.

Really helpful, good price.
