Sound Affects Opiniões

Great communication, best price available.
Delivered next day and condition better than expected for a 11 year old guitar.
I'd usually collect a £3.5k guitar in person, but the free shipping service couldn't be faulted.

Excellent service, competitively priced, and free delivery who could ask for more. Would definitely recommend.

Very pleased with the guitar, as described and a great price. Free delivery was a bonus and the whole transaction went very smoothly.

Lovely guitar delivered in excellent condition and on time, set up with a fresh set of strings

Would be 5 stars but the sizing is inaccurate. It comes up small so had to order a replacement. Other than that rather important flaw the quality of the sweatshirt is good. Price is reasonable.

Ordered an item that was required urgently by the luthier for a custom build. Contacted SoundAffects to advise. Item was ordered with Next Day delivery which cost £9.99.
On the due date for delivery the Item had not been received, and it became clear that it had been sent using standard postage, not Next Day. Contacted SoundAffects who said they had sent the item out using normal post by mistake. So then I had to pay £60 to get a replacement sent to the luthier...
Tried to get my £9.99 Next Day Delivery postage refunded, waited 11 days and then chased, was then told that the person responsible for doing the refund had been told to do it, but it had "slipped their mind". Can you guess if I will be doing business with SoundAffects again????

Easy to navigate, good communication

Everything would be great but..... with the guitar there was no wrench to adjust the neck, I had to buy it separately. besides, the condition of the guitar is such as in the pictures, soft gig bag, delivery on time. I can recommend the store. (When buying, make sure that everything is complete)

Sound affects were very helpful with any questions or advice . Would definitely shop here again.

Very reliable service from Sound Affects.Product exactly as described and delivered without any issues.
Very pleased with the pedal and price.

Great communication and advice. Guitar arrived very quickly.
DHL do not give delivery slots and their information is not always up to date.

Usual great service from Sound Affects, fair price and prompt delivery, thank you!

Second hand guitar was accurately described on SA website. Reasonable price with excellent service and delivery.

Excellent service, they went out of their way to deliver quickly. Superb guitar too!

Very good quality products and good communication from staff. Products shipped on time and in great condition. Very happy with products.

Nice pedal, great price, carefully packaged and delivered next day...what's not to like about that? Thank you!!!

The guitar was in first class condition and was delivered very quickly. There was a problem, and communication was spot-on!

Item was exactly as described, in mint condition. In correct packaging. Functions exactly as expected. Staff were helpful and made sure I remained in the loop regarding delivery progress. Ordered one day [a week day], and delivered the next day [also a week day]. Independent business in Ormskirk, generally good prices, and occasionally 'harder-to-get' items can be found.

Just what I wanted, VERY well packed, delivered promptly.

swift delivery, high quality product in amazing condition would recommend
