I have not received any updates about shipping and it doesn't give the shipping estimated time at checkout

Ordered a week ago. I have no shipping confirmation and no tracking information.

My order was a product that has been discontinued.
My refund was promptly refunded.
During the time I ordered the product and company
notifying Sound Medical that they no longer made it.
I was kept up to date on its progress.
Thank You so much for that.

A very poor ran company, if you want my opinion . I ordered over a month ago & still have not received my order. Despite contacting you two different times. I have stopped payment on my order for this reason.

Almost 8 days ago I placed an order. I figured I would get the order or get an email telling me if and when the order would ship. I have not heard a word from this company. But’s it took them no time to take the money out of my bank
account.

Extreamly slow, non existent customer support, dont answer phones or return calls, or emails, wont see another one of my $.

Placed order and waited a couple of days. Tried calling but no one picked up. A couple of days later, my order was cancelled for no reason. Tried calling again and no one picked up, Terrible experience with this company. 0 stars.

I never received a text or email indicating the wipes had shipped but they were delivered promptly. And the price was way cheaper than other places, for same quality!

received the order quickly and at a MUCH reduced price than any other site.

Bottles of ceta kleenz had the caps loosen during shipping

I have not received the product and the company had not responded to 3 requests for information. I am reporting them as fraud.

They canceled my order with no explanation

I have placed an order over 2 weeks now and it still has not been delivered. Am filing for my refund from Apple Pay. No delivery and you want me to write a review. You need to give me my refund or the items I paid for. I am never buying anything through you.
