I looked into multiple franchise opportunities before finally choosing Sourced. Sourced stood out from the crowd due to ongoing training and support and also the fact there were multiple ways I could earn. Having been with them for over a year now I can confirm that what they say they will provide, they do! I have no hesitation in recommending taking up a Sourced franchise to anyone! Five stars from me!

One of the great things about Sourced is that they are not 'salesy'. On the Discovery day they presented all of the information and at the end thanked us for coming and said if we wanted to take things further to get in touch. No big discounts or 'if you sign up today you get so much off'. That was what sealed the deal for us. Since joining late last year we have had great training and support.

I started recently in property and needed more support and guidance. With Sourced you get this plus more. You get the full backing of sourced and a ready built networking community with other Franchisees and potential investors. The training is great and the all the team at HQ are very helpful. I would highly recommend becoming part of the Sourced extended family :)

I have been dealing with Chris Kirkland and his team for quite a while now, they are simply fantastic!! Their knowledge, training and commitment is on another level. I can’t recommend them highly enough!! Keep up the great work guys !!

I lost a car and over 30k to one of there franchisees. The figures on deals are guesswork and they are focused on taking there fees first.

They avoid the process of taking the fee on completion of deals which reputable businesses do.

I would avoid them at all costs and have deleted there app and avoided all communication.

I would go through property redress but there members have paid and it’s biased. Do not use any franchises of this company or use the app as there focus is on draining your cash 💰.

Avoid all deals and anything to do with property.

DO NOT USE!!!! They have had my money for three months and nothing, now want take calls or reply to emails, it’s one BIG fat CON, and I’m £400 pounds lighter.

The Sourced App is excellent and very intuitive for investors.

When first joining Sourced as a franchisee, I was mainly thinking of the value of the access to funding. I soon realised that even more valuable than the lending platform, is the excellent training and personalised support. I had no idea about how many different ways there were to invest in property before, how many ways to structure deals and how many potential exit plans. Also, I feel part of a nationwide team, where there is always someone who can answer a query or offer help. I get the independence of running my own business, but I am never on my own.

Sourced are fantastic, I feel fortunate to be a part of the Sourced network. They have many informative training events. I look forward to going on the courses that I have booked with Sourced in the future. I very much like how you have an experienced support person to ask questions.

Since joining Sourced four months ago my experience has been an extremely positive one. HQ and the wider Network ever helpful, willing, informed and knowledgeable. I have no hesitation in recommending this Franchise Network.

I thoroughly enjoyed the Sourced induction training, which combined classroom learning with practical exercises. I liked the fact that numbers were limited; it meant that we all had a chance to ask questions and contribute to the discussions in each session. It was also useful to meet members of the HQ team so we could put faces to names.

It was a very informative event, lots of knowledge shared and some great networking!

Couldn’t recommend sourced enough!

I have been with Sourced for a few months now as a franchisee. On the bespoke CRM system we have access to lots of training/ marketing & unlimited support from the team. This has helped me look at properties from a different perspective and structure deals correctly using the right diligence. I have already built up relationships with various investors & different people across the organisation. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking to get involved in property investment & will require support to get their business of the ground like myself.
