Quality Shed EPDM kit
Shed EPDM kit arrived as described and quickly from time of order. Appears to be quality stuff and went on the roof pretty easily.
Would have been nice to have some instructions in the box. As a first timer with this stuff I had to scout the internet to work out the best approach to do the job.

Membrane not even cut with a straight edge.
Membrane not even cut with a straight edge.. all wavy. Packaged folded which shouldn’t happen.. should be fully rolled up.. as consequence the folded creases caught on the glue and i had to discard sections of the product.. very frustrating and disappointing. Even more so after seller’s reply.. standard blurb.. not our fault blah blah

Hi Mario,
Thank you for your feedback regarding the membrane you received. We are sincerely sorry to hear that the product did not meet your expectations.
To address your concerns, please note that the membrane is supplied with additional material, and the cut edge is not intended to affect performance as this is part of the extra allowance provided. All membranes are folded and sent directly from the manufacturer. As part of our installation guidance, we recommend unfolding the membrane on the roof area and leaving it for at least 30 minutes before installation, as this helps to minimise any creases.
Had we been made aware of the issue sooner, we would have been more than happy to offer advice or arrange replacements where necessary. We regret the frustration and inconvenience this situation has caused you.
If you require further assistance or have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to our customer service team.
Kind regards,
Southern Roofing & Building Supplies

Great customer service provided by Tom! . Always quick to reply back to my emails and provided all the information on roof tiles we needed for home renovation. FIRST CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE - WHAT A RESULT!
Came across Southern Roofing when looking for stockists of Cladco metal sheeting on Google. Dropped into the depot in Boxley, and found the staff to be really helpful. They promised to email me over the prices, and I held out little hope as no one ever seems to do what they say these days.
I was impressed to quickly receive an email with everything I requested regarding prices etc. After various communciations with Tom, we placed our order. The process was so straight forward and customer service EXCELLENT.
I was then contacted by their depot who were arranging delivery by phone, voicemail and text. Again fantastic customer service from East Grinsted branch
Then the delivery guy texted me to confirm the timings for next day drop off.
I could not believe how much care had gone into my little 6 sheets!
If only all the companies I deal with were this professional, polite and generally happy people!
Thanks everyone at SRS, especially Tom. You all really delivered on all levels- keep up the good work :-)

Terrible
Terrible, ordered roofing tiles online for an extension I'm doing. Delivery time 5 days. Rang after 8 days to see when I could expect them and they informed me they were out of Stock and they would get to me in another 10 days. A full refund was needed as unlike this company I have customer satisfaction to try maintain. Avoid.

Ordered 60 lengths of 3 meter raised profile seams. They sent them on a pallet coiled up (still in the boxes) and now they are wrinkled and deformed. As they are required for an urgent job I’m going to have to heat and try to straighten them. I’d expect better given the amount of money spent.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the packaging of your item, and we understand your concerns about it being curled up on a pallet. We regret that you didn't reach out to us directly to discuss the issue, as we could have provided reassurance that the packaging method does not have a detrimental effect on the soft, pliable PVC product.
It's worth noting that these items are dispatched to us by the manufacturer in the same manner, and we have successfully shipped thousands of them without encountering any problems. We value your input and want to ensure your satisfaction. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us, and we'll be happy to address them.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we appreciate your understanding.
