No communication why submitted invoice…
No communication why submitted invoice not accepted, if submitted too early but before end of year why not allowed to be resubmitted for payment if invoice not paid but still valid before the year allowance for claiming.
Lost of payment because submitted a month too early and wouldn’t take resubmitting again which I had planned treatment to get payment

Hi Beryl, thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry to hear you're disappointed with the outcome of your claim.
Claims are assessed based on the date treatment was received, rather than the date a claim is submitted. In this instance, the treatment took place in 2025 and was therefore considered against your 2025 dental benefit allowance. As the maximum benefit for that year had already been reached, we were unable to make a payment for the claim. Any treatment received in 2026 would be considered against your 2026 benefit allowance, up to the maximum entitlement available under your policy.
An email was sent to you on 28 July 2026 advising you of the outcome of your claim. Further details can be found by logging into the online customer area and viewing your claim history.
If you would like to discuss this further, please contact our Customer Support team, who will be happy to help.

The email you received on 21 July directed you to the ‘Claims History’ area of the online customer area, where you can view the full details of your claim, including the reason it wasn’t paid. In this case, the information submitted related to a treatment plan. For a claim to be eligible, treatment must have been received and paid for in full.
We will be happy to review your claim once you have received your treatment and a receipt for payment is submitted to us.
