EXCELLENT 👏👏👏👏

I preordered the Mavic for an October release and even though DJI constantly delayed the shipment, Jason was on top of what was happening with my order, I never had to inquire about the drone because he was at the ready to give me all the info he was receiving at the time. Even when he had to step down because of his accident, his wife Jackie took over and with the little experience she had; she made sure I was aware of everything going on. This company really cares about their customers and they go above and beyond to make sure you have a pleasant and satisfactory experience. The Mavic arrived yesterday and I couldn’t be happier. I have not tried it yet because we’re having a little bit of rain here in California at the moment, but as soon as the skies clear I’ll be giving it a go. Thank you for such a nice experience!

The only issue I had was that my drone was delayed a week and the padding on the controller was torn. Overall , very satisfied.

Space City Drones Provided expert and willing guidance in my decision to purchase Phantom 4 Pro drone. All questions were answered to my satisfaction in a very timely fashion. Jason even provided extra service by registering and providing FAA labels for my drone. He also provided helpful advice for using the drone in commercial operations. I feel confident that I can count on him and Space City Drones for all my current and upcoming UAV needs.

I've only dealt with Space City Drones (Jason) this one time for a purchase of a Trackimo bracket, but I received the item very fast and Jason was very helpful when I had questions. Thanks!

New to Drones and i purchased the X star premium because reviews say it's more solid then some of the competition. Now looking to find an instructor so i don't put it through a window. It is for an inspection business so i will obviously be close to houses so i feel this is a good starter drone.

When I crashed my new SMD Mirage drone Jason went above and beyond to get the manufacturer to send me a new drone. Could not beat this service.
