Space city drones helped me make an educated decision on what drone would best fit my needs & my budget. They gave me honest opinions & are very knowledgable about their products- you can tell that they are drone enthusiasts that care about their customers. I shopped around quite a bit & always came back to space city drones because they actually cared about me getting a drone that I would love.

I am not a technical person and I am not of the age group that is comfortable with joysticks and other gadgets. So with some interpretation I ordered my first drone from Space City Drones.

They got me a superior product, was there to answer questions, even took time to educate me on the basics of flying, taking pictures, and down loading the pictures and data. They are great.

Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Item was advertised as available from their website but wasn't actually available once purchased. Customer support required some motivation to try and remedy the situation.

Super helpful! I needed to order the DJI osmo x5 adaptor and not wait on the 4 month backorder from DJI. They were quick to help me with my problem and cut the wait to 2 weeks.

I contacted Space City Drones about buying a parachute system for my DJI Inspire 1 Pro. Not only was Jason helpful, but Space City was the only one, and I called a few, that actually answered their phone.

Jason matched a lower package price from the manufacturer even after the package price was deleted. Finally, I had a problem with one of the components and Jason helped get it quickly replaced.

I am up to this point, would say an amateur, toy grade quadcopter pilot, I've had several different mini and micro size heli / quads but never a legitimate, serious aerial photo and video quad and lately I have become very interested in that mode of drone flying but didn't really know where to start and didn't want to spend a ton of cash on some crazy complicated machine for my first hi-res photo quad.

Which is why I am so glad that, through doing some research and looking around for some good deals on various photo / video drone I came across SpaceCitydrones.com, checked out the site, saw some interesting things and decided to email the owner to get his advice.

Jason was a really friendly guy and very easy to talk to and totally got where I was coming from. He told me to check into his DJI Phantom line of quads on the website and that he'd just recently started a sale, and basically steered me toward a really nice GPS quad that would totally meet my needs for $500! That is awesome! I've recieved the quad, it's beautiful and really well packaged, I received about 2 weeks after I purchased it and have already got it in the air and got some great pics with it. Really easy to use, great for an amateur beginning aerial HD video pilot.

Jason didn't have to show me that basic quad (which is exactly what I needed) he could have said, "Man what you need is the Inspire, those things are really hot and you gotta have one or your gonna get laughed at" But no, he didn't say that, he said, you know, look this will be fine and do exactly what you need it to. I appreciate that a lot.

Thanks for getting me started in the next phase of my hobby, Jason, the right way.
