I had an amazing experience when me and my girlfriend went viewing properties with Daniel he took us beyond what we expected. He took us into the depths of the area. Showed us all the town centres, beaches, and activities to do. He even went to the extent to show us some of the other extraordinary views we had just around the corner that we wouldn’t have known about. He really showed us not just the apartment but the community too. Overall amazing experience

I was invited to ask for details so I asked about two properties. The only reply I gave had to date is an invitation to sign up to this portals website giving my details instead of the request I made.

We’re proud to have built an excellent reputation over many years, with 68+ five-star reviews from clients who value our honesty, professionalism, and dedication. That’s why it’s disappointing to receive a review that is both misleading and factually incorrect.
The reviewer, Steven, contacted us in August 2024 via a third-party property portal. He only provided an email address and an incomplete phone number, but we still responded promptly and personally to his specific question about a property’s kitchen. We explained that the property did not include a kitchen and gave him full details on installation options and pricing.
He later submitted an unreasonably low offer, which we declined respectfully. We exchanged multiple emails, always in a polite and professional manner. The conversation ended with him thanking us for the information and wishing us well.
Now, more than nine months later, he is falsely claiming he never received a reply and was redirected to a website — which is simply not true. All communication was direct, clear, and well-documented.
We fully welcome genuine feedback — it helps us improve. But we also stand by our team when a review does not reflect the truth. Our commitment remains the same: to provide every serious client with honest guidance, complete transparency, and personal attention throughout their buying journey.
100% recommendable
We secured the sale of our apartment with Daniel. After several attempts with local real estates, the one who generated most visits and, ultimately potential buyers, was Daniel. He assisted us with all the legal formalities and assured everything run smoothly. Would totally recommend his services.
