No fuss and quick delivery. Good products at good prices

Trying to return some light bulbs only to be told I have to pay for the return postage myself! Not happy. Sick of greedy business’s. Won’t be shopping with you any more.

Possibly the worst experience ever.
Placed an order, chased it up as no contact for 2 weeks, turns out they never had the items in stock, Gareth Evans reply entirely condescending and dismissive.
AVOID AT ALL COST.

Order arrived after 12 days and i was told to return it and i never got a refund.

Avoid - delivery too late and order cancelled but so far nothing from them.

Great customer service. Had a bulb delivered which failed after just a few weeks. Contacted Sparks who quickly despatched a replacement without qubbling.

One unit was defective but was replaced immediately upon me making the seller aware and its replacement arrived very quickly.
Overall a very sterling service.

I was not told the bulbs were not in stock. After waiting until the informed date for delivery had passed, I enquired what had happened to my order. Apparently the suppliers hadn't sent them and my request for a refund was ignored.
Why give a delivery date when the items were not even in the building.
Nothing wrong with the bulbs when they finally showed up.

The parts were easy to order at a good price. There was a delay in delivery but once the issue was flagged, the parts were delivered promptly.

Got the product wanted at a reasonable price and delivered in reasonable time. Would buy from Sparks again

I ordered very simply X2 bulbs,
I expected they would take a few days to arrive, I ordered them on the 23-10-24
And received them today (4-11-24).
I didn't even see a tracking number for the whole first week.

Ordering was easy. Came in a reasonable time frame. Quality of the goods were very good, quite impressed. Prices were brilliant. Would recomend this company.

Worst customer service ever, nearly 3 weeks since order and still not dispatched. Called twice and it's still not dispatched and you ask for a review. Avoid this company as they are not interested.

Package took 3wks from order to delivery but that’s Royal Mail for you. Parcel was extremely well packaged

I have as yet to receive my goods. I have received no delivery notification, no date of despatch, and no details of carrier. My order was placed on 19th October and payment taken immediately from my credit card. Very poor service. I was about to ring them when this review arrived. Think twice before you use this company.
