Fake phones, very slow customer service, almost unbothered. Charger they provided does not fit the charging port on the device. The Iphone does not have silver screws either side of the charging port, they have star shapes the same colour as the phone. I've sent them a video, they are ignoring it. They told me to go to Apple to verify - and did not address any of the points I gave so I'm convinced it's fake.

I got a new phone 17 from this company and it was an amazing price so I was a little sceptical. After my purchase I had some nervousness so I checked a little harder and struggled to find information on them hence the dropped star. To my delight though the phone turned up fairly quickly, was as described, brand new, never been opened and I am delighted with it. They also provided me with a vat receipt as requested.

Absolute scam of a company. I ordered a new MacBook 10 days ago and have had no update since. Phone line doesn’t work and I’ve had no response to any customer service emails. I don’t understand these positive reviews - what are you doing differently to get a response or actually receive your order?!

I’ve reported them to trading standards and put a chargeback in progress.

Avoid at all costs if you want guarantee that you will receive your item. Lots of people also mentioning that when they do get it - the item isn’t even a UK edition. Very fishy.

Very pleasant shopping experience with major mobiles. I have purchased quite a few items from them . Paying process and delivery is very easy to follow and is prompt on tine they say they will . Products are all new and have no complaints.

the phone was delivered very swiftly, and item was as described, boxed etc. the only unknown was that this was a USA model and so had no sim slots, which the uk version has. Not an issue for me as such, but maybe to other customers. overall very impressed with pricing and delivery

The phone arrived quickly but I needed an invoice and they would just not respond to me. I emailed them three times. Very poor communication.

I have not received my phone or any updates on shipping etc (if at all it has been shipped) and have repeatedly emailed you or tried to call but did not manage to get any responses yet. The contact phone number does not work either. Definitely one of the worst buying experiences so far.

Misfiled a faulty phone under almost new phone not used just unboxed. I had to spend £10 to get the phone back to them. That should have been free. Avoid this company.

Have not received item. No indication that it has shipped despite the order being accepted a week ago. Have emailed twice with no response for a status update. Will be seeking a refund.

A great product at a fantastic price. Was a little concerned at lack of info regarding dispatch time but the response to my enquiry was quick and reassuring and the tracking info followed very soon after. The MacBook was with me within a week from ordering.

I received a prompt reply from customer services confirming availability and cost.
This was excellent value for a newiPhone.
So I placed my order expecting it to take 3-4 days as stated on their website.
I received my order the next day.
This was an excellent service provided by Major Mobiles and a good site for other products t a competitive price.

Item securely delivered by Royal Mail, with appropriate delivery updates. Item brand new in box with all seals intact. I do not hesitate in recommending Major Mobiles. This iPhone 16 is great too !

Purchased an iPhone 16 128gb as price was really good.
I then asked if I could upgrade it to iPhone 16 256gb and paid the difference.
They didn't have one and refunded the payment without hassle
