Can’t recommend enough!
Doug is honest and straightforward, he told me exactly what I needed to do and set out the way forward for me. He took the time to find out who I was and what my goals were and used that to motivate me. It’s not a one size fits all jobby, Doug created a bespoke plan for me and every week motivates me in exactly the way I need. When questions do pop up he’s always there to answer them or point me in the right direction. The online resources he creates are also invaluable. Can’t recommend his services enough!

Excellent bespoke plan
It was great working with Doug. He is really knowledgable, really took the time to understand what I was doing so I got a really bespoke plan and advice. Would highly recommend.

Excellent personal training programme
I was provided with excellent support and structure clearly bespoke to my requirement, with lots of resources to help maximise the value of the programme. Loved the community aspect and being able to engage with people on a similar journey. I saw great progress, physically and mentally through this programme.
