Welcome to Speedy Prints based in Saltash Cornwall. Est 1996. We provide many printing services. We believe that high quality and attention to detail is very important. We check each and every print by eye to ensure a flawless printing service every time. We have many years of experience and will always put the customer first. We are proud to have worked with many satisfied customers over the years. over 26 years! to be precise, producing and printing beautiful photos from mobile phones, USB's and emails and various formats. We have also preserved precious memories of family and friends from converting old video tapes to digital format. Price was very competitive compared to…
Price was very competitive compared to high street outlets. Kept me updated on progress (I was in no hurry really). Prints were fine, can't blame them for the quality of the picture taking! Will use the service again, no problems here.

made the process of getting my photos back so much easier. I live in Cornwall too, so they did live up to their name! on! The only reason it wouldn't be 5 stars is that I had to pay a fee because they didn't pay enough postage, but it was an honest mistake due to postage difficulties. Also regarding the fee, they did refund me for it! But all my photos came out amazing, and overall I found it great service.

Good quality, completed in time frame
The work was carried out within the given time frame, good communication, the print quality was good allowing for the films being around 15 years old, delivery after notification of despatch was fast. Pleased with the overall service.

Awful service
Awful service. I ordered online a set of visa type photos and after 10 days I just got something in the post today, saying that the postman couldn't deliver it as the sender did not pay the full postage. Looks like a scam to me this website. I'm shocked it has so many good reviews. The communication was also really bad, I got 2 emails from them, both straight into spam, nothing really clear in there either, just confirming the order around 2-3 days after I placed it.

First of all we would like to apologise and we are sorry you feel you have received a bad service.
We always strive to uphold a great service. And as you have stated, yes we have a lot of great reviews.
First of all we cannot control the delivery service or speed of the courier. This is something that is completely out of our control.
Secondly this is not an isolated incident regarding postage. We pre weigh all of our items before dispatching. And we have been in contact with Royal Mail regarding under paid fees which they have admitted is a hic up on their part. We will always refund this. If this happens. So please forward a picture of the postage with the underpaid fee label to our email and we will of course reimburse this as stated on our website under delivery information.
Thirdly regarding communication from start to finish. We will always tell you when your order is being processed. We will always tell you when your order will be dispatched. We cannot control the fact our emails have landed into your junk/spam folder. That would be down to yourself adding our email address to what's called the white list or trusted emails.
We are certainly not scammers and have a lot of great reviews for a reason. We are a family run business who will always put the customer first and in this day and age it is more important then ever.
We will of course email you regarding this, but in case our email lands in your junk/spam folder please get in touch regarding this issue and we will be happy to assist you. And of course reimburse the postage fee you have mentioned. Again this is also stated on our site under delivery information.
Good quality prints
Found an old disposable camera in a draw, had no idea how old it was so thought I'd get it developed. Had forgotten how to do this so googled it and found Speedy Prints. Photos came back and had some memories from 15 years ago. Great prints and the quality was excellent. Only lost a start as it took nearly 4 weeks to get them back but they're probably busy as there aren't many places that do development now. Thanks

I never received my prints, however speedy prints have since been in touch and given me a 50% off code for my next order
