Unsure how there is anything but 5 stars? Called up and spoke with Georgia as if just moved into an oil supplied house and ran basically empty, needed a last minute urgent delivery, she beat everyone's prices and got me my delivery within 2 days when local firms wanted to rinse my pockets.
Also contacted to check on delivery and genuinely be an annoyance to busy people and always helpful, checked everything for me and I had my oil in less than 48 hours.

Excellent experience

After a oil tank and sensor change I unfortunately over estimated how long I had to refill my tank. I was down to one bar and really had no idea how long that would last. The admin and other staff pulled out all the stops and got us up and running very quickly. I will not forget this in the future. Cheers guys.

Exceptionally disorganised and failed to make first delivery after agreeing a specific day. They promised a premium van service the next day with a specified time and they were 3 hours late so delivery couldn't be made. They then, without telling me, arranged another delivery on a day where no on was present for access.

Basically, took an order they couldn't fulfill and continually apologise but no one is actually liable. "It's transports fault, I don't know what went wrong". "The driver was late, I don't know what's happened".

I never write reviews positive or negative but this company is S H I T.

During a cold snap, my 91-year-old father forgot to arrange an oil delivery, leaving him without heat and forcing him to leave his home. Thankfully, Speedy Fuel promptly addressed the situation with excellent communication, delivering the oil efficiently without requiring my presence. Their customer service was truly outstanding. Much appreciated.

Ordered once then got constantly pestered with sales calls. Despite asking several times to stop they still call, so they have now lost a customer for good.

Tom was great, very on the ball and managed to have us back up and running within 24hrs. Great help throughout the whole process and made it all effortless for me. Fuel turned up earlier than expected and I was called by the driver to give me an hours notice. Couldn't of been easier. Well done Tom and team. Thanks

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. When placing my order, I was assured it would arrive within a maximum of three . Unfortunately didn’t arrive . I contacted customer service daily, and on the second day, an agent confidently assured me it would be delivered that day. Later that evening, another agent told me they needed to check with the transport team and promised a call back—yet I never received one. The next day, I went through the same frustrating process. The lack of clear communication and accountability makes this service unreliable, especially for small domestic customers. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Great service , ordered yesterday, arrived today , highly recommend , after an experience we have had with a different company, these guys are definitely speedy & efficient ,great customer service , many thanks Chantelle! Will definitely be using again!

Why bother to advertise that you can deliver fuel the next day and then when someone contacts you the delivery is four days away which is no quicker than anyone else. Waste of time

Do not use as a small domestic Customer! Misleading, unresponsive Customer Agents - I was told my order would be maximum 3 days, when it didn't arrive then I was told that I was given wrong information and it was within 5 days, I rang every day and on the second day the agent promised the delivery would come today, then in the evening the agent said they would need to ring transport and never rang back, the next day the same story!

Bradley was a nice guy, really helpful, but the fuel is late and not speedy at all. Have been without oil for 5 days now, freezing cold, and the company know that.

Brilliant service, ordered on Tuesday and my heating oil was delivered on Thursday! Also the cheapest price I could find. I’ll definitely enquire again next time.

Fantastic Service from Start to Finish, as most of us do, I wanted the cheapest oil I could find, well Speedy Fuels beat all their competitors, I was a little put off that I could not get a quote visible on line, but that was soon resolved when Christine called me, she was friendly, helpful and made ordering very simple. To my surprise the driver turned up the following morning, he was extremely polite, professional and friendly. Will definitely use Speedy Fuels again and would recommend to anyone

Excellent speed of Delivery and the driver was great. He phoned me as I was out and I gave him instructions so zero hassle which is great as I live down a remote farm track. I have tried other companies but they are crap compared to Speedy Fuels

Having previously been let down or left in the lurch by previous suppliers, what a breath of fresh air Speedy Fuels have proven to be. Prompt delivery by a professional, friendly and helpful driver who was obviously keen to provide an excellent customer service experience. I would not hesitate to recommend this company whose prices undercut all the other suppliers I approached. Don’t just take my word for it, give them a call and you won’t be disappointed!

Firstly what we all want is a competitive price, Speedy Fuels bettered all the main large suppliers, best Boilerjuice’s buying weekend offers, etc. Just call them to find out. Second a quick hassle free delivery, mine was less than 24hrs, and I didn’t pay extra for it. Speedy they are.
The driver was fabulous, calling beforehand, he was polite to my neighbours and myself, quick efficient filling of my tank, I could not have asked for more.
I’ve used many Oil companies over the years and this has been the best experience yet. I cannot recommend this company highly enough from my recent experience, if you are in their area give them a try.

great service from getting a quote, ordering (which they bettered the PPL), delivery to refund due to tank not taking all the amount ordered. will certainly speak to them again when i need more oil. highly recommend.

Completed Speedy Fuels quote request form on their website one morning this week.

It took them 24 hours to call back. Then they said that I had to be registered on their system in order to get a quote. Having already provided my details on their form, I'd had enough and went elsewhere.
