Design Issue.
Ordered a pair of size 10 boots which looked and measured the correct size but I was unable to get the instep of my feet into them because the tongue was attached almost to the top of the lace holes. Sperry'e verdict was that the boots were faulty and as a result refunded the return postage to me.

If you’d reached out to us before returning them, we would have been happy to provide a returns label for faulty products, as noted in our returns policy. Fantastic boat shoes
I was very lucky and won my Sperry boat shoes in a social media competition,The shoes were worth £120 and I am really impressed with the quality of them . Delivery was awesome ,I was contacted for my size ,Then I received my codes for the free shoes and delivery,I went straight to the checkout filled in the details and after another email both from Sperry and post office my shoes arrived the next day.Thank you so much guys.

Poor quality shoes
I purchased a pair of Sperry boat shoes from a different online retailer less than six months ago to replace an old pair I had worn for 10 years. However, the sole on one of the new shoes has already separated from the uppers after a dozen of wears or so. Having contacted both Sperry and the retailer to highlight the issue, neither are willing to offer a refund or replacement, and the shoes can thus be consigned to the waste bin, makingthese the worst shoes I have ever bought. Even my €7 French supermarket espadrilles have outlasted these £110 shoes. This is a very disappointing product from what I otherwise thought of as a classic American heritage brand. I think I will get my boat shoes elsewhere henceforth.

Very Poor Finish to leather and stitching
These Deck Shoes I know were in the Sale but the Finish on the leather and stitching both outside and inside the Shoes is extremely poor workmanship.
They do not answer emails or messages via their website.

Missing delivery, lack of communication and no alternative rather than refund
I've signalled there was a problem with DPD delivery to the point that DPD opened a case for missing merchandise at the drop-box. I've even exchanged two email messages with someone (Sophie) from Sperry UK Customer Service.
Instead of informing me the result of investigation and to offer alternative re-order of the same products, Sperry UK just sent an email informing me about a refund.
I'd like to be able to have those products rather than a refund, as they were a gift for somebody dear.
