I was a long time customer

I was a long time customer. Not anymore.
IF I COULD GIVE A NEGATIVE SCORE I WOULD

Bought a new phone and PAID a hefty price for delivery to arrive within 3 days (excluding weekend) parcel arrived 10 working days later.
all damaged etc.
Requested a return and refund and told i am not entitled as i should chase the courier.

Absolutely awful service from start to finish.

I have had the Samsung Galaxy S21 ultra…

I have had the Samsung Galaxy S21 ultra case for about 4 years now and it has withstood a lot of damage.
It's a simple design which I like. The kickstand is useful for watching films.
The raised edges at the front have protected it from screen smash which happened to my previous phone with a different case.
I like the padded edges for the same reason.
Upgraded my phone recently and gutted to see no option for my new Oppo Find X8 but hopefully they will make one soon.

Garbage products. Garbage service. Don’t waste your time or money.

The absolute worst customer service. After contacting the company about a laptop case that fell apart in a few weeks the agent, Lyn, is unable to help me and sends a sarcastic response. I’ve reached out four times to speak with someone like a manger who can help me and also submit a complaint and she hasn’t responded once. They are the worst. Garage products. Garbage service. Don’t support this company.

Their cases are now painted white plastic

Their cases are now white plastic that is VERY POORLY painted, such that in a few weeks, your black case has glaring white spots of chipped paint all around the edges and looks trashy, making this case look like a cheap joke. What a poor business decision, almost to the point of corruption and fraud. Let's just say the quality is extremely bad, they know about it and are still doing this. Used to be cases were the same color plastic all the way through. Finding another company after being disgusted with feeling cheated by them.

Terrible and dismissive customer service

I have a Spigen Ultra Hybrid case for my S24 ultra. Within less than a year the back coating had begun to fail, which of course you wouldn't expect to normally happen on a Spigen case.

I contacted Spigen, and was met with a very dismissive response blaming this on 'normal' wear and tear. They wouldn't help any further and were adamant that it 'may' have been wear and tear.

I've used Spigen for many years and have always recommended their products. But having come across this defect and the non-existent help from their customer service team, I shall instead buy a different case as I no longer trust the quality of their products. I'll also no longer recommend these cases to others.

What is the point in offering a two year warranty if you refuse to honour it and claim everything is normal wear and tear?

Petit souci avec la qualité d'un produit reçu sur les 3 de la gamme (protection objectifs ), j'ai posté un mail sur le site de SPIGEN EU, félicitation a cette entreprise qui en 48 heures a eu la grande honnêteté de me faire confiance et d'être à l'écoute avec une rapidité déconcertante et plus que réglo. J'attends donc de trouver une autre coque qui inclut la protection des objectifs chez eux pour les remercier. Pour leur sérieux, je mets les 5 étoiles malgré mon insatisfaction sur les protections individuelles des objectifs, les deux autres accessoires au top, Bien que j'aille avoir une coque super geek inutilisée, mais ancien technicien en retraite dont 30 ans d'Artisanat, je prends ma part de responsabilité dans un choix peu être trop rapide."la critique est aisée l'art plus difficile". Encore merci a SPIGEN EU, au vendeur et a Amazone.Daniel C. .

Long time customer, happy with products

I've purchased at least 12 different products from Spigen over the last few years and have been extremely satisfied with each and every purchase. I've purchased phone cases for numerous different devices, earbud cases for numerous different ear buds, Galaxy Watch covers, and most recently portable chargers. Each and every products has arrived quickly and have been high quality.

I see numerous reviews discussing their customer service and unfortunately I can't comment on that as none of my products have failed where I need to contact their support team. If this changes, I will edit my review accordingly.

I'm a big fan of Spigen and will continue to purchase their products.

Spigen Neo Hybrid case for Galaxy S24 Ultra.

This is now the second Neo Hybrid case that I have had from Spigen, both purchased from Amazon.

BE AWARE! Spigen do not offer the same warranty on Amazon as they do on their own site, so any problems with your product, you will have to go through Amazon, or in my case because of the timescale, through the seller, Spigen.

The fault has occurred at the same point in the case of the S24 Ultra Neo Hybrid case as happened on the S24 Ultra case, except the opposite side.
Spigen's answer was, "causes by external factors!" I can assure Spigen, there were no 'external factors' involved. There are no marks or damage on the case, not anywhere.

I sent them proof with photographic evidence where you can clearly see the fault line. They just were not interested. I asked if they could just send me the outer plastic that was faulty, and not the full case, there answer was a straight "no".

I did nothing about the other case that was faulty and had to buy another S22 Ultra case, but not this time, I contacted Amazon and told them about the past experience and this one.

BE WARNED!! Spigen customer service is terrible! No support. Poor warranty. Poor customer service. Products are not the same quality as they used to be.

Very disappointed in Spigen, their customer service, and their products.

If I could have given zero stars I would have!

Horrible Customer Service and Terrible Quality – Avoid Spigen!



I purchased the Spigen Ultra Hybrid Mag Fit Case through Amazon on May 24, 2024, expecting a product with Spigen’s supposed reputation for durability and reliability. But less than five months later, the sides of the case started to separate from the back, making it completely useless for protecting my phone. It’s shocking that a case from a brand that claims to offer high-quality protection has failed so miserably in such a short amount of time.

Even worse is Spigen’s atrocious customer service. I contacted them regarding this defect under their warranty and sent a detailed letter explaining the issue, along with my invoice and a photograph of the faulty product. But guess what? No response. They don’t answer emails, and they don’t even have a phone number you can call to speak to a real person. It’s like they have disappeared once you’ve handed over your money.

I’m now stuck with their crappy merchandise that barely lasted a few months, and they refuse to help. Buyer beware! If you’re expecting a reliable product and any kind of customer service from Spigen, look elsewhere. This company clearly doesn’t care about its customers or standing behind its products. Absolutely terrible experience!

Pas de garantie !! Le sav se refugie systématiquement derrière une mauvaise utilisation alors que ma coque est en excellent état c'est juste qu'ils ne veulent pas assumer la qualité médiocre de leurs produits, fuyez !

No hay servicio al cliente

Compro funda por Amazon vendida por Spigen en la que falta una correa. Se desentienden totalmente de su error. Servicio al cliente inexistente. No los recomiendo para nada

I used to like this brand.

I used to like these cases, but a recent order from their Polish store a month ago has returned no results...
I sent an email and received a short response with a tracking number. No apologies, no further communication. Terrible customer service, keep your plastic, I'll buy from someone else in the future.

Also, it's maddening to get any response from companies nowadays you have to resort to calling out their terrible practises on websites like this, and yet they reply in the comments saying "just email us" like you haven't already tried that...

Die Lieferung ist gar nicht erst bei mir angekommen. Ich habe versucht mit dem Verkäufer Spigen Kontakt aufzunehmen. Ich bekam die Information, dass Spigen nicht mit dem Versandlieferanten Kontakt aufnehmen könnte. Eine anderweitige Lösung wurde mir ebenfalls nicht angeboten. Ich bat um die Rückerstattung des Kaufpreises, jedoch war mir nur eine Rücksendung ermöglicht. Ohne das Produkt erhalten zu haben, kann ich schlecht eine Rücksendung vornehmen. Absolut Kundenunfreudlich und keine Lösungsorientierung.

Terrible screen protector will not stick to the phone no matter what. Bought a pack of 2. Both are garbage. Expensive garbage. Do not buy this trash.

They are so good. I have been using them for almost 7 years now!!

All my cases in the last 7 years are from them, and they work so well. Great price, very sturdy (my phone survived all the times it fell down!), and light material
