I recently purchased a spigen tough armor phone case for my Galaxy S10.I bought other brand cases before but they were bulky and buttons hard to use. I love how slim your case is, and the sleek flat design. The buttons are even easier to use than without a case. have dropped my phone several times and no damage. I feel this is the best phone case I have owned

My Spigen KUEL [S40-2] car mount failed in less than 2 years, despite barely being used and being in mint condition. When I say failed I mean it would no longer stick to my dashboard. The company doesn't supply the replacement sticky pads, which would have fixed the problem. Clearly not an environmentally responsible company

Constatly fight to have your listings removed - had a few phone cases i wanted to sell and they treat me like a criminal for merely daring to compete with them. Never had the courtesy to contact me first and ASK me to remove it if they had a problem, instead they fabricated a reason which ebay blindly sided with solely because they are the manufacturers, reporting me behind my back on the sly like the cowards they are. I will burn all bridges with this company

Please be vary of their shipping fees.

They charge you a high fee for shipping and then they only pay a fraction of that and send you the item with a very cheap shipping without proper tracking .

They are making money on the shipping fee that you as a customer pay . and put you in a situation that have to wait as long as it takes .

I contacted Spigen support and their reply was that; it may take as long as 30 business days or more and if after that i have not received it yet , I should contact my local post office !!!

If they had charged me USD 5-6 for shipping i would accept the above reply BUT they charged me USD 19 for such light weight and small parcel . ( 2 Samsung cases )

Now i doubt their company as whole .

Cheap dishonest business ethics .

Order a note 20 ultra's case from them, Delivery took long but the the product was great 👍.

So far I have only ever bought 2 products from them, their wireless charger and their keychain. The charger can be finicky on phone placement but otherwise it works fine. The keychain works fine too.

Let’s get this out of the way first, I would pay more for their items if their stuff was made a little better in quality. That’s said, the low cost you do pay for their cases and screen protectors is amazing. Whenever I buy a new phone the next two things I order are always the liquid clear case and ez fit glass screen protector.

The cases are decent but the customer service is atrocious. They mailed me the incorrect product (note 20 case instead of NOTE 20 ULTRA) and when I queried this, they told me that I would have to pay shipping fees to return it and if I had opened the package they could refuse my refund. They also explained it would be easier to send it back as a refund rather than exchange due to co-vid implications. I've explained to them that it was THEM that delivered the incorrect product (I sent them my order number to verify I had ordered a note 20 ultra 5g case and not NOTE 20) and I'm confused why i should go through more trouble of sending it back etc. I still haven't heard anything from them after replying to their email.

Also, their tracking page is non-existent. I attempted to track my order but always got an error message. Not sure if this is just happening to me or to others as well. Anyway, won't ever be purchasing from Spigen again purely due to the terrible customer service I have received.

Not only are their products incredible (been using the cases for approx. 10 years), but their customer service is EXTRAORDINARY! I had an issue with my iPhone case and sent then an email, less than 8 hours later I get a reply that they will send me a new one. Absolutely amazing products and even better customer service! Thanks!

I brought a case for my sons S9 and everyone time I call him I all I can hear is my own voice back.When he takes off the case ot is fine.What a rubbish design!!!!!! You people are really losing touch with your designs. One seriously disappointed customer

Wrote a review about their product and service, their admin deleted it. Pre-order an item from them stating that it will be shipped in 30 working days, checked again after 3 weeks and the remark still states that it will be shipped in 30 working days. I asked them on when will be the item be ready for shipping, no reply. I also posted a question on their product website and the admin deleted it. They just treated a customer that payed for their product like trash.

Had me return a fully case yet pretended that they never received it, will never buy from them again...
Their customer service is terrible and you struggle to get an email back!!!

Purchased case for iPhone 7 plus. It's outstanding! Very solidly made, and fits perfectly. All the buttons work just as they should when the case is installed. Really looks sharp, as well.

I had to remove and replace the phone from the case twice, and it is just as perfect of a fit as it was the first time. I'm very pleased with the quality.

Spigen used to be my favorite phone case and I have been using them for years. However, the last 3 orders have been awful.

The combination of poor quality and 2-3 week delay on items being ship has ruined the brand.

one case broke and I was putting on the phone and most recent one has not been send out after a week and I was told it could take up to 5-7 more days before they can send it.

Not worth the hassle, go elsewhere

I bought the spigen because I was tired of the large size of the Otterbox. Within a few months the spigen became impossible to keep clean. The cutouts for the volume buttons stretched lost their shape, which minimized any protection. Eventually the entire case became loose. One drop from 20” and I now have a cracked screen on my iPhone 7 to the tune of $109.95 to repair.
I’ll go back to the Otterbox for its protection over the convenience of size.

Negative buying experience in this store, although the quality of the goods is good.
The order of the goods with paid express delivery, at registration of delivery the term was promised 2 days, actually delayed processing of the order and delivery was only in 4 days.
The attitude of the customer support stores is absolutely indifferent ...
Because of this, a very negative impression of buying

Bought 2 protectors both were too small for the screen and have a stupid halo around Google Pixel even though they said it doesn't.

Contacted Spigen they blamed it on the store and didn't want to hear it.

$80 down the drain.

For a few days spigen cancel my orders and dont tell me anything about it.
I asked why you canceled my order, and they do not answer anything
