Good but verification process sucks
Nice games and good winchances but the verification process is not friendly. It took me a long time to get my account verificated but it finally worked out!. I send my documents maybe 5 times to a special emailaddress that I got from support.
After verification I let them pay out some winnings, and they paid within 2 days!
So now I write this positive review afrer a bad start.

Worst casino EVER
Letterlijk grootste scam casino te vinden. RTP is 100% aangepast. Er is nergens een KYC pagina te vinden. 2 weken verder met mailen om account te sluiten en ze geven gewoon geen reacties meer. 6000 euro lichter en nog nooit een leuke balance gehad om even mee door te spelen. STORT HIER NIKS. Weggegooid geld zonder eerlijke speelervaring.
Tevens zijn de positieve reviews allemaal door eigen bedrijf ingevoerd, kun je zien aan de manier hoe er gereageerd is etc. NIET vertrouwen.
Inmiddels 9 dagen verder na het aanvragen van het sluiten van mijn account en schijnbaar kunnen ze wel reageren op trustpilot maar niet op de emails die ik elke dag stuur. Nogmaals mensen wees gewaarschuwd, dit zijn oplichters en geen goede casino met echte RTP.
Zoals in hun reactie hier onder te zien is doen ze alsof ze heel behulpzaam zijn maar uiteindelijk ondernemen ze geen actie en willen ze je alleen maar leeg trekken.

Uitbetaling blijft uit - toch na 48 uur uitbetaald!
Dit is mijn eerste ervaring met een buitenlands casino.
Het aanmelden en storten ging echt supermakkelijk. In totaal had ik €70 ingezet toen ik een mooi bedrag van €2900 won. Dit bedrag wou ik laten uitbetalen, maar werd na 2 uur al geannuleerd omdat ik de vertificatie nog moest doorlopen. Oke prima, begrijpelijk en doen we. Ik heb alles aangeleverd waar om gevraagd werd en na een halfuurtje ontving ik de bevestiging dat alles rond was en ik dus compleet geverifieerd ben.
Opnieuw het bedrag voor uitbetaling aangevraagd. Nu 2 dagen later staat mijn uit betaling nog steeds op pending. Het enige wat ik via de live chat terug krijg is we doen ons best, alle betalingen worden op volgorde uitbetaald, heb nog even geduld etc etc. Ik besloot daarom te mailen en als reactie op die mail kreeg ik dat ze mij niet konden vinden en of ik met het mailadres wat ik voor registratie hebt gebruikt wil mailen. Uhm dat is raar want dit heb ik ook gedaan, dit is mijn emailadres. Dus 1 dag later weer gemaild met de vraag waarom staat mijn betaling nog op pending. Nu vandaag wel excuses en antwoord en 10 minuten later heb ik mijn geld op mijn rekening ontvangen. Ze houden echt 48 uur aan dus dat is wel goed om te weten!
Het vertrouwen zakte echt steeds verder weg en dacht echt ik ben genaaid. Maar ik kan mijn review echt bijstellen. Heel blij en fijn!
Wel vind ik dat de klantenservice en zowel live chat als per mail zich verder kunnen ontwikkelen, want ik dacht echt ik ben compleet opgelicht. Maar nu ik mijn geld dus ontvangen heb weet ik dat ze dat niet zijn.
