I have generally good experience with…

Update 5-4: Adjusting my rating slightly as there has been some progress. I received one payout of €5,000 after approximately 3.5 days. However, there are still two withdrawals pending, and due to the withdrawal limits I am currently unable to submit new requests.
While this is a step in the right direction, there is still a significant amount outstanding and the process remains slower than expected. I will continue to update once all payments are completed.

Updat 2-4: unfortunately I have to lower my rating as I still did not receive any payments of my recent wins. The withdrawal timelines stated in the term and conditions (24-48hours) are not being met. Despite being a VIP player and being informed that my withdrawals would be prioritised, this is currently not reflected in the handling of my requests. I hope this will be resolved soon and will update my review accordingly.

30-3: I have generally good experience with Spinorhino. There’s a great variety of games to choose from. The bonuses offered are quite generous and appealing compared to other sites. I have successfully received payouts in the past without any issues, which gave me confidence in the site.

However, recently I have had some bigger wins and withdrawal requests have started getting declined or delayed. As a VIP player, I would expect withdrawals to be handled even more smoothly rather than running into these kind of issues.

I’m hoping this is just a temporary situation but it does raise some questions about the consistency of payouts.

Overall, I still believe this is a good platform and I will be happy to update this to a full 5-star review once all my withdrawals are processed successfully.

They don’t close your account

Hey guys an update, I have sended in the mean time another 5 emails to the email department and still to this day they just completely ignore my request. Never have I seen an online casino that just doesn’t allow you to close your account when you ask for it. This is the definition of an criminal organisation. I am going to keep writing this reviews until they close my account. They send me 3/4 mails daily with promotions but listening to the customer is something this casino has never heard off. Stay far away from this casino. RTP is also the worst I have ever seen.
