Sent passport, then utility bill, then bank statement, then selfie, then another selfie holding a note. Every time they “couldn’t see clearly” something. Took them 10 days to approve my account so I could finally withdraw 120€. Ridiculous.

Several times I clicked on a game and just got a black screen or an endless spinner. Refreshing didn’t help, trying later sometimes did. Might be my connection, but other sites work fine, so I doubt it.

Not sure it’s the casino’s fault, but the live dealers on blackjack looked half asleep and barely interacted. Whole thing felt low energy and awkward, like we were all stuck there against our will. I left after a few hands, just uncomfortable vibe overall.

Sometimes it accepts my password, sometimes it says “invalid” and I have to reset. Then it suddenly logs me out in the middle of a session. It’s 2026, this stuff shouldn’t be so broken.
