I didn’t like the fact that no one…

I didn’t like the fact that no one return my enquiry on message or chatbot.i ordered on 14 th December I was expected a delivery before Christmas it didn’t happen I received it on the 4th January. The Way my good arrived was very poorly packaged up and it was expensive and fragile
Lucky I was at home on the day it arrived
I’m not impressed at all with their service

Awful company ordered an item 21st December 2023 still not here 5th Jan 2024. I've emailed and messaged and I've not had one response, not even an acknowledgement. They have the nerve to charge 25 quid delivery charge... 2 to 6 days my order stated then 5 to seven the delivery company haven't even had my parcel yet... Next step email the ceo if there is one don't use avoid spirits24 they aren't even cheap 🤷

Completely hassle-free.
My only caveat: I couldn't use Safari to order, had to use Chrome. It took me several days to figure out what the problem was. Otherwise, great. And fast too!

Ordered in 15th dec

Ordered in 15th dec, Still not received my order on 1st January. Delivery company (DPD) have the delivery/order number, but have not yet received package. I messaged spirits24 several days ago but have not received a response. Is this a scam company ?
Update 5th January, received parcel today, so not a scam company, but very poor communication and very slow delivery.

Where is my order and where are the managers

I ordered some brandy on 17th Dec, it is now the 30th and I have still not received the order.

I have emailed them and even tried to call. The phone is recorded music with no instructions as to wait time or even if they are closed for the Christmas holidays.

One of the emails transferred me to DPD UK who acknowledged the order but informed me that they had not received the goods for onward delivery.

AVOID

Items are being shipped from various EU locations but appear to be shipped in bulk orders which means customs takes an age and bottles zig zag up the country before finally being dispatched by dpd. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid

Bottle already opened and used!

Ordered a liqueur as Christmas gift. Upon arrival, the seal on the lid had already been broken, and a small amount of the liqueur was gone (I'm familiar with how much should be in it). I did have to laugh at the sheer audacity of sending this as if it's new, but at the same time, felt compelled enough to join Trustpilot to warn people. Avoid.

Given a delivery time of 2-7 days

Given a delivery time of 2-7 days, 10 days later the 23rd of December. I finally get an email saying my order had been processed. Immediately phoned them and tried their chat. Been on hold for over an hour and no reply to chat. Can’t get any form of update other than “waiting for item”from dpd and can’t get a parcel number for proper tracking. That was my father’s Christmas present. Going to demand the £25 delivery fee refunded.

Don't.

Ordered for christmas present - costs £60 with shipping, item has not turned up. It says on dpd website that they have my order number but has not recieved my package. Spirit24 told me my package had arrived in England yet there is no evidence of this. Order says 2-7 days delivery its been 15 days and i've had absolutely nothing, they previously ensured me this bottle would come in time for christmas, I actually ended up buying something else instead for the person its meant for because otherwise I have nothing to give him on the day.

Overcharge for delivery and dont send items...

This company charged me £50 for delivery, which was meant to be between 2-7 days. Its now day 8 and I have had no update at all about my order. I have tried to phone, no answer, I have emailed, no response and I have messaged on live chat again - no response. Waiting on Christmas presents to arrive which will obviously not come on time. Avoid this company.

Order still not here apparently first one was damaged in transit I think they are making second bottle from scratch

Unbelievable!!

Unbelievable! Bought on 23rd Nov. for 3 bottles of Kauffman Vodka and Waited for almost a month to receive it. And finally today, it arrived and was the wrong bottle! Tried calling the company and no answer and have emailed them with no replies. Terrible! Beware!

Still awaiting delivery

Still awaiting delivery, every time I try to email the company they give an auto magic response and forward my email on. As of 18/11 still no delivery or refund. Now they’re telling lies about where my parcel is. They said it was at a local delivery centre which I went to and was told the parcel had been returned to spirits24. I’ve now notified my bank about this fraudulent transaction
