I decided an item on spiritsmith was the correct present for a friend’s birthday. I went ahead and bought it but sadly I failed to change the address.
Quickly realising my order would go to the wrong address I called the company x Joanna answered and said she could sort everything out no problem.
I was so happy the address got changed.
Yesterday the present arrived and I was sent some amazing pictures.
Spirit smith did not dissapoint. It was personalised with her name and inside were fairy lights and everything.
Couldn’t be happier as a gift these guys are top notch.

Loved my purchase and will make a lovely gift. Was a little disappointed that the personalised name on the box wasn’t embossed like the rest of the box but made of stickers. I had expected it to be fully embossed.

Wow - what a wonderful surprise. When this beautifully packaged gift was delivered it was completely unexpected. Joanna excelled herself in making sure that it arrived undamaged. The most incredible bottle of gin, two tonics that I've never tried before, a measure and a pourer, together with dried orange slices and tiny lights. Wow joanna and pippa to the resuce ! I had 48 hours to organise a pre-wedding gift for my bride to be and spirtsmith came to the rescue. They made, printed a personal message and got everything all nice and pretty for me. They even met me in dunelm car park rochdale to give it to me as they understood how busy i was.

We bought a few wedding favours (miniature bottles) a couple of weeks before our wedding. We loved the items and the packaging that it came in. There was also a lovely handwritten note from Joanna wishing us the best of luck on our wedding day. Thank you, Joanna!

We then realised we needed to buy a few more, so placed a second order immediately. Again, lovely packaging and they even threw in a few extra personalised bags and extra rose petals. Such a lovely thing to do.

I bought 2 wedding gift sets, the
Personalised Jack Daniels Whiskey Gift Set and the
Personalised Mermaid Pink Gin Gift Set With Tonics.

And was just informed the 2 bottles of cola and 2 bottles of tonics aren't in the gift sets! The mixers were the selling point to me, totally unacceptable! I paid over £200 for £60 worth of alcohol in a cheap box! Yes I was scammed! Ridiculous.

I called and spoke to Philippa as I had specific requirements, from the minute we spoke nothing was too much trouble and we decided on the best options for each member of staff. The gifts were delivered straight to them and everyone was delighted. Looking at the cost, what we received by far exceeded expectations, even in terms of the brand of alcohol we received, the boxes were fantastic quality, My company logo along with the font used and the fairy lights made the gift look much more expensive that what I paid.
