SCAM alert! NOT
Selected one and tried to order it. It went to four and I could not change it so did not complete the order. Received and was charged for four anyway. SCAM!
Spirual contacted me after reading this and offered to give back 50% of my payment or I could return the merchandise. I was surprised and happy and need to change my rating to 4 stars. Thank you Spirual.

I have ordered the incense burner several weeks ago. Since then I have been asked to provide my shipping address four times, which I have done each time. I keep receiving the exact same email and no product. Scam.

Je l'ai commandé pour son joli design et par curiosité et fascination de voir s'écouler en cascade de la fumée vers le bas.
J'ai été en effet agréablement surpris en l'essayant dès la réception.
je ne regrette absolument pas mon achat.

Little more thought needed. The cones don't last very long either.
It is quite easy to understand how to use this but information about which cone helps with which problem would be most helpful. There were no instructions of any kind, not even a picture on the packaging to help you choose which fragrance to try for which ailment.

I saw the ad and was really impressed with the product so I purchased it. The product arrived quickly and I set it up immediately and my husband and I just marvelled at it, it's beautiful, unique and fits our decor perfectly.
