I ordered socks for shipping in France

I ordered socks for shipping in France: their delivery partner is very misleading and we can’t contact them directly, so as a result there is delay on the order and I don’t even know if I will receive them. When I contacted their customer support it took almost a day to get a generic answer with no concrete actions to support with contacting the delivery driver. A very stressful and bad experience, I would really not recommend until their sort out their customer support and delivery partners.

Good Customer Services

I'm based in the UK and recently ordered some socks from Sporcks. I had a minor issue with customs fees in order to release my order for delivery, but I can honestly say that when I raised this with Sporcks (I used the webchat), they responded quickly and resolved the situation promptly. I was very happy with this outcome so from my experience their customer service and communication was exceptional. I haven't received my order yet so can't comment on the quality of their products but I'm looking forward to trying them out. If you're based in the UK, I would still recommend checking with Sporcks about any potential issues with fees, before ordering if there is anything you're unsure of. Thanks again to the team for sorting my issue out.

Fast delivery, LOVE the socks

Ordered 4 pairs in the buy 3 get a pair free deal. Ordered and delivered within 72 hours so whatever the delivery issue was to the UK this now appears to be resolved. The socks are true to size and very comfortable. A very nice change from boring running socks.

Pessima politica di reso

I calzini sono molto belli, purtoppo pero la politica aziendale per il cambio del prodotto causa errata misura è pessimo. Infatti non effettuano il cambio dei calzini indossato. Ma se non lo provo come posso sapere la sua vestibilità? Inoltre le calze hanno una vestibilità terribile, porto il 45 ma nemmeno la taglia più grande mi va bene. Soldi buttati.

The socks are very nice, unfortunately the company policy for exchanging the product due to incorrect size is terrible. In fact, they do not exchange the sock worn. But if I do not try it on, how can I know its fit?
Also the socks have a terrible fit, I wear a size 45 but not even the largest size fits me. Waste of money.

First of all, speaking of our return policies, I would like to let you know that they are detailed on our website from the beginning, and we explain how we will operate at all times. In fact, before making a purchase, you must accept a drop-down menu where you accept our policies and terms. In this case, these policies are established because socks are an intimate product, and therefore, if a person uses a sock, even if only once, it cannot be returned.
We understand that customers would not like to receive a sock worn by someone else.
Also, regarding sock sizing, our foot is based on universal measurements. The shaft may be a little tight to establish that medium compression.
Despite this, if you truly feel the sock doesn't fit you, you can write to us and show us everything in detail.
We'd be happy to see you at your leisure.
Finally, thank you again for taking the time to write to us and provide your feedback. We're working hard to ensure all our customers are satisfied.

Have used this company for the past 12…

Have used this company for the past 12 months, delivery is always slow which I order early now, however they were held this time for me to pay £19.00 in fee’s! 🙄 I’m not happy about it and unfortunately will be sourcing my socks from elsewhere in future

I’m not sure how company declares packages, but I ordered 4 pairs of socks to the UK with a total value of £65, and now Royal Mail is holding them because a customs fee of £20.50 has been applied. This is a joke!”

Beware of customs charge!

Took 2 weeks to arrive. Spent £60 on 3 pairs of socks and now Royal Mail are holding them due to a customs charge of £19.
Very poor service for very expensive socks.

Shipping sucks customer service does not exist.

I am not sure about the quality of the socks, however I find it disappointing that it takes more than 10 days to ship a pair of socks. It is 2025. The shipping is within EU. I just ordered 25 kg dumbbell weights - where the shipping was cheaper than shipping for a pair of socks. The weights arrived in 3 days. The socks haven't in 10.

Currently our shipments to the EU usually take approximately 5 days. The package is finally transported by a carrier and can be subject to interference during transit. That is why once you write to our email address, if the period exceeds what we specify as the delivery deadline, we will refund the shipping costs.

No contact with the company and underestimated sizes

I give 2 stars for fast delivery. However, -1 contact with the company is very problematic. I tried to contact them three times (since 25.02) using different methods offered by the company and I have no answer. Moreover, -2 when it comes to the socks themselves, they have underestimated sizes, i.e. if you wear e.g. 39/40, buy the larger range.
And -3 most socks don't have sizes.

Hello Pola, first of all we would like to apologise for everything that has happened and if we have caused any inconvenience. We do our best to serve our customers on a daily basis and in the best possible way. Sometimes it is possible that some messages do not arrive immediately, but we always answer without any problem because the first thing we have in mind is our customer.
On the other hand, as far as sizes are concerned, our socks are made to fit all sizes. It is a medium compression sock, so it can be a little tight at first. But it fits perfectly to the foot.
Finally, regarding stock, we do our best to keep all socks in stock and we are gradually replenishing them.
We would like to apologise again if you were not happy with our service at the time and we really appreciate you being our customer.

Horrible service

Horrible service. Order made 2 weeks ago. Money withdrawn 1 week ago. Havent heard anything from the shop. They dont react to my e-mails

Items never received, no way of contacting for refund…

The status of my order says delivered but I have not received anything. Ive tried sending email to info@ several times but no one answers! Terrible customer service and no way of contacting the company!

Very slow delivery. Good products.

Delivery took 20 days to Ireland. Like others mentioned, my socks went on an Eurotrip before arriving. One was supposed to be a gift, but completely missed the date. The running socks are good quality, the prints are cool and they are well cushioned. The "don't walk" socks are inconsistent: one pair fits perfect, the other is a bit on the narrow side, and I'm someone with average to small feet. The company was good when contacting them, and with faster delivery this could mean a future purchase. I would prefer to buy in store, however.

I made an order on this website. I made an error in the address and I asked to Carlos that they have to change it. This was so easy and they delivered me in a second. This is a 5 stars customer service !!

Great company great socks

Bought a few pairs for Xmas and they are great quality. Also bought some in the wrong size and Carlos was great with sorting out the exchange. No issues at all.

Size mismatch

I ordered from SPORCKS and the presunted 44/46 size did not fit my 44,5/45. They fit perfectly on my girlfriend's 39, so be careful about the labeled size on the website.
Also, the material of the socks doesn't feel any better than regular socks, so I judged my 25€ socks of the wrong size overpriced.

Best socks excellent customer service

This company sent an incorrect item, agreed to send the right order….and did! I had originally left a poor review as there was a delay in response but this was due to a national disaster and the company and the socks are the best! Highly recommend
