The shirts are wonderful

The shirts are wonderful. Every artwork adjustment I asked for was sent back to me the same day, including over the weekend. Delivery was fast, and the final product is just what we asked for. Many thanks!!

Coaches - Be advised!

This was our second year using this company and unfortunately they missed the mark completely, this time. They decided to use poor packaging on our football helmet decals and they arrived bent all out of shape.
The response I received from upper management was they are built to withstand, not the case. Needless to say, I would be very leery of using them. Complacent and lack of attention with delivery details and distribution come to mind!

I hope this email finds you well. I wanted to reiterate my apologies for the inconvenience caused by the packaging of your decals. As I mentioned previously, we inadvertently used a bubble mailer instead of a box, which is our standard procedure. I understand this must have been frustrating for you, and I am truly sorry for the oversight. I am relieved to hear that the decals themselves were not damaged, and I genuinely hope we have the opportunity to earn your business again in the future. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we will make sure to avoid such mistakes moving forward. Once again, my sincerest apologies for any trouble this may have caused.
