I prefer not to complain. Having said that, I have to say, ThreadLogic exceeded my expectations. The 1/4 zip was of better quality than I expected, in fact is was better than most of my other 1/4 zips. The color was spot on, and the embroidery was PREFECT. ThreadLogic uploaded the image, created a proof, approved the proof and turned around the final product before there original delivery date. Excellent customer service, excellent process, and excellent workmanship. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
