Dear Customer,
Thank you for your order, and sorry to hear you're concerned about the delivery timing.
We'd like to reassure you that everything is on track. Your order was placed on 3rd July, and as noted on our website, standard delivery can take up to 3 weeks. Our courier, FedEx, has sent 5 tracking updates to the email on file, with your delivery currently scheduled for 14th July.
We understand the wait can feel long, and we're happy to help if you have any trouble locating those emails or the tracking number, just let us know. We hope your order arrives smoothly and that we can turn this into a five-star experience!

The payment site did not work properly…

The payment site did not work properly which has delayed my purchase.
Congratulations the Sportika Care Team who were very responsive.
However, the anticipated delivery time has been delayed again which is poor show since the delivery cost of £10 is expensive.

We're sorry to hear you encountered an issue with the payment system. This appears to have been an isolated incident, and our team has looked into it to ensure it won't happen again. We apologise for any inconvenience it caused.

Regarding your delivery, all shipments are fulfilled through FedEx, and while transit times can occasionally vary, we're happy to confirm that your order is on track. As noted on our website, our standard delivery window is under three weeks. Your order was placed on 19th June and is expected to arrive by 1st July, which falls well within that timeframe.

Branded t-shirts for a marketing launch

I reached out to Sportika as part of a marketing promotion where we needed a high quality branded football shirt and ended up so impressed with it that I had to buy one for everyone in the office (and myself). Sportika were really helpful in making sure that this looked exactly as I’d hoped and the shirts look and feel premium quality. I would absolutely recommend Sportika for branded sportswear or marketing promotions and it was a pleasure to deal with them as a company.

I ordered a training tracksuit from…

I ordered a training tracksuit from Sportika. Delivery was super quick, it arrived in a week. I’ve been wearing it constantly, the material is super soft and stretchy, it’s been perfect for my jogs and lazing around the house. I’m super happy with it!

Top-Quality Custom Kit and Outstanding Service

I’m absolutely thrilled with the custom kit Sportika UK created for my goalkeeper coaching business. From start to finish, their team was incredibly helpful and responsive, always quick to answer any questions I had and making sure I was completely satisfied with the final product. The quality of the kit is fantastic and looks really professional. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough to anyone looking for custom sportswear – brilliant service and a top-quality result.
