It came out in like 100 pieces to much work and no instructions just the picture to try and piece it together, I gave up. Too many layers to put together and pressing them was not good for the many layers. The vinyl was far too thick and melting.

I never received my confirmation email with the files I purchased. I contacted customer service & received both via email in a short amount of time.

Not great, not bad. Worth the money.
Background: I did some work trying to convert a picture to a SVG in inkscape. After struggling with that for a while, I found this website and tried to purchase a svg. My bank first blocked the transaction as the seller is in India, but after straightening that out I made the purchase. The link that was sent did not work to download the file, however after reaching out to Nick, he emailed me the files within a matter of minutes. Big thumbs up on the quick service for that. The files are not perfect. They did require some cleaning up but they are a lot better than I could have done from the start. If you have a little bit of knowledge and inkscape or any other SVG editor, you can probably get through it pretty easily. I'm a step above a novice, and seem to be okay with the changes I needed to make.

Bluejay blooper
I received this order in a very timely order. However, this was very disappointing and I cannot use it. Although I ordered this in January, I wasn't ready to use it until March 31, 2023. I am making a quilt for a Creighton University student's graduation. I cannot put the Bluejay on the quilt because it stitched out so irregularly. I did a sample stitch-out to send to my customer. We decided that it definitely was inferior to the quality of the quilt. There are blank spaces between the outline and the tail feathers, as well as the arm on the right side. The black outline doesn't overlap itself when it is repeated. I doubt that I will order another sports logo from this company because for the price, it was not worth the result.

Unluckily
Unluckily, the Vector art was very rough and had inconsistent line thicknesses. It would have taken considerable touch up to be usable, so we just recreated the logo ourselves. They were gracious
enough to refund the fee.
