Stitch outs are great. The only problem I ever have is getting the smallest size that’s advertised in the description. However, I usually receive it in a day or two.

The logos are just what I needed to make some nice sweatshirts. Very pleased with the outcome. Any issues or concerns are super quickly addressed, very satisfied working with this company!
The Artwork wasn't clean vector which I was disappointed with, I ended up redrawing the design which is the reason why I chose to purchase the design to save time.... This was maybe a one off instance... Ver mais

Another amazing job!
This time I needed a pattern for the WNBA, After searching several sites with no luck I decided to send the design to Sports Logo, as usual they were able to make it for me in just a few hours.

I purchased an embroidery design from…
Be aware when you purchase an embroidery file from them, there may be a delay in receiving it. It took 12 hours for me to receive the file. I haven't stitched it out yet but it appears to be a great quality pattern.
Update: it stitched out beautifully

I'm really sorry for the frustrating experience. Due to technical issues, there was a delay in the file delivery, which I understand can be very frustrating. This is why I wanted to make sure you had a heads-up, hence my email saying there would be a delay.
If you check your "@yahoo.com" inbox, you will find the files you purchased as promised.

I did receive the logo on my computer…
I did receive the logo on my computer but I am unable to send it to my sewing machine. Unfortunately that makes the design worthless to me

I understand that you were able to resolve this issue (as discussed over email, there was nothing wrong with the files I delivered).

Seller fixed the issue; edited rating to reflect
Did not work for my purposes (was not able to separate the layers cleanly).
EDIT: Seller reached out and sent a new file which was very clean and worked perfectly.
