I love my rug

Site is from China rug was shipped folded up and was all damaged. Reusing to refund money even though I sent pictures showing the damage. Offered to ship it back but are telling me to pay for shipping because its too expensive to pay for shipping back for them. Horrible quality very cheap. Do not waste money. Looks nothing like pictures.

A++, I asked about a specific sports team rug that I didn’t see listed in inventory and Sportrug was able to quote within minutes and turn around the product in less than a week. All this at no extra cost or time. Will buy many more for the holiday shopping season!

I recently purchased the Arsenal FC sports rug from Sporty Rug Company, and I'm really impressed with the quality. The colors are vibrant, the Arsenal logo looks fantastic, and the rug feels durable and well-made. It arrived quickly, was securely packaged, and looks perfect in my game room. It's a great addition for any Arsenal supporter and definitely worth the price. Excellent product and great service—I would happily buy from Sporty Rug Company again. COYG! ❤️⚪

For one I like the look of the material of hoping it wasn't going to be too heavy cuz I want to put it on my wall which it wasn't too heavy stitching was great and the backing with what I was expecting so your company did a very good job by putting this together I thank you very much

I struggled to decide between 2 and 3 stars for this review. I won't give it a 1 because I actually did receive my order. However, two main things stand out.

1) As another reviewer pointed out, all marketing pictures on their website are AI or doctored to make the rugs look much more plush than they actually are. They are quite flat and of far less quality than they appear in the pictures.

2) The two rugs I ordered arrived FOLDED together. This causes a certain amount of damage to the product which, if they were as plush as the images suggested, might not have mattered as much. As they are, however, they still retain some fold marks that may never come out. Such products should at the very least be shipped rolled up so that they do not sustain such damage. (And no, the damage was not due to the package being mistreated en route, just insufficient packing procedure from the company.

Oh, and a third note for KNVB fans - the Dutch soccer logo rug uses an orange that is far too red. The Oranje know orange, and this isn't quite it.
