I have never had a bad experience with this company. The products are beautifully made regarding style, comfort, true to size and delivery time. Once I discovered this shoe source I have purchased all my shoes from Springstep. It offers such a large variety of styles that I barely need to purchase anywhere else.

First purchase, but definitely not the last!
Purchased 3 pairs of shoes. Read the reviews and based sizes off of those. All of them were a good fit, well packaged, and looked great. I received prompt communication regarding my order, packing, and shipping. Delivery confirmation was also received. The shoes were really nicely made, colors were even better in person and I can't wait to wear them outside.

I had to make a return and it was processed promptly. I have always had a positive experience when ordering from Spring Step shoes.

Very disappointed
I have reached out to customer care team multiple times and have never gotten a response. Although I love L’Artiste, it may not be worth ordering if customer support isn’t available. I am missing 600 reward points but decided to use what I do have, however, the discount shows redeemed even though the discount does not show up in the checkout. This could be taken care of easily if customer support would respond.
