In an age of poor customer service and subpar products, I am so glad to have come across Spring Step Shoes. I love the details, styles, and the comfort aspect. It is also refreshing that they have genuine leather shoe options, which are almost impossible to find for less than several hundred dollars. In addition, when I had a question about my order, I was able to call and speak to an actual human, not AI! Keep up the good work, Spring Step.

Comfortable and cute
I had to send the shoes back at first because they didn't fit (typically I wear a 7.5 or 8, I had to go up to an 8.5). When I got the larger size, they were perfect. Comfortable and cute, I wear them almost every day.

My credit card was charged Twice and they cancelled my order
If I could give them zero stars I would. I ordered a pair of boots and they charge me twice my credit card. After that, I got an email saying that my order had been canceled. I called customer service and they haven’t given me my money back. BEWARE!
