This company is awesome. They are so helpful with onboarding with their product. I've only used it 4 times because I haven't had it for very long. The suit works great on your muscles and does not hurt your joints

My posture has improved in just a few sessions. I had facet arthropathy from a fall and it resolved after my first workout. Sleep is deeper and look forward to challenging myself as I continue to add. So many benefits already!

First of all, the buying experience is super personal - from the measurements, to the recommended suit size, to the shipping and tracking, to the sharing information on the SQAI usage and its app, including post purchase follow ups and recommendations.
Secondly, the following is true - all you need is 20 mins, 2-3 times per week, and it does work. I'm not into the bodybuilding so I'm simply doing strength and cardio exercises and I feel great - no strained joints, no muscle pain, and straight posture. Overall, great product, great service. Looking forward to the updated and new exercises to be available on the SQAI app.

The suit really helps build muscle and works out areas that I could not get in the gym

I absolutely love my SQAI suit! It helps me access muscles that can be difficult to engage, it allows me a full workout in just 20 minutes, with no stress on my joints. I gain the benefits of HIIT training with the suit doing most of the work and no downside or risk of injury. I also love the therapeutic modes and the ability to workout while traveling in the privacy of my hotel room. Highly recommend!

This suit has been amazing for me. I am a veteran and for years have been dealing with injuries from years of combat. With years of PT I have had to just get used to not being able to do certain things. This suit has changed that to the point I know I can get back to normal again. I love how in a regular workout out session you could ease off or skip a set, having this suit is like having a trainer, it won't let you quit or ease off until your session is done. Rough but totally worth it. I've got a whole neighborhood wanting to look into getting one each.

I’ve been using the suit for about 6 weeks now. And blown away. I’m already extremely active and low body fat, so I didn’t expect to see such a big change. But I did! And quick. My endurance is up, my cardio is killing it and it’s coming with ease.

I’m also someone who struggles with an autoimmune disease called Ankylosing spondylitis. I can mostly live pretty normal but I have flare ups from time to time that can take me OUT for weeks. When I first started using the suit I was recovering from a flare up, and a shoulder injury and was mostly just hoping it would keep me tone while I recovered.

And it did! But it did so much more. I felt so much more stable in my low back and core. So MUCH. And if you know about Ankylosing spondylitis, that is exactly what the disease affects. My body fat percentage dropped 1% over 6 weeks, which doesn’t sound like much… but for a petite 14.2% bf to drop to 13.2 in 6 weeks… is kind of a big deal.

I couldn’t be happier with my results from the suit and am excited to see what continued use does for my performance, and my body.
