Toni and Jack were fantastic!
Toni and Jack supported me with the whole process. Toni was communicative and kept me updated with all the procedures. Jack was able to guide me through the options available that would best suit my interests. I felt I was in competent hands at all times which made for a very positive experience. The team at SRC were amazing from start to finish, everyone we talked with was very professional and explained all the process thoroughly giving us the best option for our situation. We had issues with valuations on the new build property we were trying to buy but Jack was brilliant and was constantly keeping us updated with what was happening and what our next steps were. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Expert care and advice from a very friendly and professional team
SRC were brilliant in helping me secure my mortgage and I would highly recommend them. I hadn't really thought I would be able to afford to buy, but looked in to Shared Ownership. SRC have experience in Shared Ownership mortgages, and as I am on a solo income, and hadn't really looked in to mortgages before investigating Shared Ownership, I felt a little out of my depth. Jack was exceptionally kind, thoughtful and patient, and talked me through all the options. He made it far less daunting and I felt in very good hands. Toni was also brilliant in answering all my many questions whilst I was gathering documents and evidence for my Shared Ownership assessment. I really can't recommend them enough, they are worth every penny and I would happily use them again. Thank you so much Jack, Toni and team :)

SRC Financial Services Ltd provided a decent service when helping me secure a mortgage for my first home. The overall process went fairly smoothly, with a reliable team guiding me through the necessary paperwork. Although there were some notable efforts from individuals like Jack Avery and Joshua, the experience, while satisfactory, didn't quite stand out enough to warrant a higher rating. It was a solid experience where SRC demonstrated professionalism, but there is room for improvement to make the experience exceptional.
