Llevo mas de un mes reclamándoles a esta empresa, lo cual siempre comunican con la misma frase en sus correos.
Les escribes y te contestan de esta forma:

Llevo mas de un mes tratando y lidiando para que se me haga la devolución con lo que están haciendo:

Quiero recordarles que, según la normativa europea aplicable, en particular la Directiva 2011/83/UE sobre derechos de los consumidores, el plazo máximo para efectuar un reembolso es de 14 días desde la notificación de la solicitud.
Su demora actual, que supera ampliamente este límite, constituye una clara infracción de mis derechos como consumidor.

Y como siempre hacen envían un correo diciendo que pasan la info a su departamento de finanzas.

Les quiero decir con esto a los próximos consumidores, que tengan mucho cuidado y no se fíen de este tipo de paginas.

Si al final realizan el reembolso, pues tomare este mensaje y lo publicare nuevamente dando mas datos al respecto, pero por lo pronto lo voy hacer publico así.

I ordered a set of 2 used camshafts in oktober 2024 to the price of 438 euro for the parts and 70 euro in shipping to Norway. I paid with credit card. Got a confirmation that everything was ok. After 2 days I got a mail that the shipping price was higher, and I had to pay 80 euro ekstra by bank transfer. I did that, and my total cost was now 588 euro. I had to pay 169 euro to DHL in taxes here in Norway as well. They did not send the parts until 2,5 weeks later. After one month I got the parts. The packing were not damaged, but not good job there! I filmed the unpacking for 6 minutes in case of something wrong. One of the camshafts were damaged so it canˋt be used. It was an old damage and not from transport. I sent a e-mail to the Srotas24.lt same day explaining the damage and send video and many pictures to proof it. It was easy to se this was a old and critical damage. Now I have been sending and reciving a lot of mail with them for 6 weeks without any solution! At first they offered me back the money just for the parts but not the shipping, but when I sent them the transfer-info to my bank, they refused to pay - they said that I could get 70 euro in discount and keep the parts! They say the parts were in perfect condition when they sent it even when it no problem to se it is a old damage and easy to see! The best they would do is the 70 euro in discount - after I have used a total of 757 euro. They are always answering my e-mails, but not good answer; one or two words or not answer what I am asking about. It is really irritating and provokative to correspond whit them. They say I am a difficult customer and they have been doing everything to solve the case. 4 days before new year they said they must have all the parts back to they before the new year to let a «expert» look at damage part or else there will be no refund - they said that was the «refund policy»! Now they say they will not answer me anymore because I have been a difficult customer!
I have lost 757 euro on Srotas because they have scammed me!
Please do not use this company - It can cost you a lot of money, time and frustation!!!!

Scam Website – Avoid at All Costs!

I placed an order on November 9, 2024 (Order #474478) for a turbo hose that they didn’t even have in stock. This website lists products from other sellers’ websites. Just look at their photos – none of them are consistent, and you can use Google Lens to confirm that all the images come from other sites.

My order was canceled the very next day, and they asked me to fill out a refund form. I complied, but I have never been refunded. I’ve sent about ten emails with no response. Today is December 23, 2024, and I’m still waiting for my money.

This website is a scam. They take your money and never deliver. Just check Trustpilot – so many people have been scammed by them. Avoid this site at all costs!

5 weeks and they don't give a refund for a part what they didn't have in the storage, don't order from this page, scammers...

Che dire..dei truffatori e da evitare assolutamente!..sappiate che se comprate dei pezzi di ricambio usati e ci sono dei problemi potete scordarvi rimborso o altro, semplicemente avete buttato i vostri soldi.
Ho comprato una front camera per una VW ed era difettosa non funzionante, la diagnostica mi dava un errore conosciuto come difettoso non riparabile (errore C1104), ho chiesto il rimborso entro i 14 giorni come diceva l'annuncio, nulla non hanno voluto darmi il rimborso cercando scuse e il recesso non era accettato nonostante il sito dice "RIMBORSO ENTRO 14 GIORNI"..TUTTO FALSO, morale non sono stato rimborsato e perso i miei soldi..una stella è anche troppo per in sito truffa

Sent me a wrong part and do not give a refund.

Received broken part(because it was in a bag). Received it more than a month late.
Sent it back for a refund, but they keep trying to say that I sent it back to late, later that it hasn't arrived at their warehouse. Now they said- I got my share, which I didn't, but just got an email, trying to mix the month with date, so they shouldn't pay back. Just one of the worst client service I have ever seen. If You can get part from other place, don't order here.

I ordered a rádio to my Saab 93, paid 31th July, mid August received a email with photos of the rádio broken, asked me It fits ir wanted a refund. I filled in the refund form and I'm still waiting for the money, It has passed more than a month. Everytime I question I receive an automatic response saying as soon as possible. I Just want my money back and forget this Company for good!
