Very courteous
Very courteous. However, online site states 'same or next day' service I had to wait 5 days and engineer found nothing wrong with machine the problem was/is the power socket which was not for him to repair. However, he informed me that he'd replaced 'bushes' as worn- I wasn't asked if I wanted them replaced!
