Engineer arrived the following morning…
The engineer arrived the morning after we reported the fault. Had the correct part, fitted within 30 minutes.
He was very professional and we recomend him, will use him for other electrical work needed in the future.

Prompt response to my telephone call. Arrived on time the following day and completed the repair, explaining everything to me.

The engineer was a good time keeper and identified the problem straightaway.
I had to wait longer than expected for the part to arrive and I think the initial call out fee was a bit expensive.
However , the machine is working again and is under warranty.
