Hi Gordon n thanks for your latest multi purchase.
I know the bar risers will make a big difference n I trust the extra loud Horn doesn’t need to be used too often? There’s not much you haven’t bought now but you know where to look for anything else you might want?

Those crash bars work so please, don’t feel the need to prove that point. Good point on the pillion input too. A little perseverance and adjustment to muscle memory n before you know it, she won’t notice.

Many thanks Ian, particularly as I cocked up your last order ;-). I do like to get involved with my customers and try my best to understand their views. 'Big enough to manage but small enough to care' is my aim and feedback like this keep me going on the journey. many thanks for the review, I do hope you like the long term improved look of the bike once these are fitted. I spent a long time getting the contents correct and hopefully we managed to cover everything needed.

Hi Alistair, thanks for the 5* review, much appreciated! Lots of talk re moly paste at the moment but this is best quality you can get and supersedes the requirement. Rocol know their stuff and this really is the best! Bought by me in bulk and the savings passed on. Anything else you might need - Bike-Quip is always worth a look!

Those Bar risers make such a difference to the ride and the anodised finish means they will keep their good looks for many years to come - not like some others! I am also pleased you found the fitting instructions easy to follow - it does help to get feedback on those too!

Hi Gordon, I truly believe the service is JUST as important as the product in every case no matter how much you spend. I also try and keep the prices as low as possible but sometimes material and production costs do mean a slight increase. Thanks for the 5 star review and your continued custom too Gordon!

many thanks indeed for the review, kind words and 5 stars too!
These kit are truly built to last so I don't expect the gear will ever fail - unlike the original but make sure you keep the operating speed down around 50mph / 80kph to ensure the cables and motor are not stressed too much. The cables can be reversed - in case you do manage to deform the half currently in use. Read the comments in my response to James Proctor below and you will see how mine is still doing ok!

Thank you so much for the 5 stars and kind words. I am really glad you were able to repair your damaged screen mech. I have helped over 120 owners with this issue now and so far not one repeat problem.

My own mech has the first ever prototype still fitted and is now at over 15 years worth of daily use - I repeatedly set it up on a test rig and conduct tests to try and get the gear to wear ... please to say there is not a mark on my gear yet. For anyone reading this, I only have about 70 of the original order left so if you are thinking of buying .. don't wait too long!

For you part James, just keep the operating speed down around 50 and ensure the cables and motor are not unduly stressed.

I do hope your Dash Mount gives you years of trouble free service, if you need to add extra devices, I always have a good supply of RAM mount balls and adaptors in stock to help with that. Anything else you might need, be sure to ask. Glad we sorted out the tracking issue too!
