Eigentlich schon mehrfach bestellt und zufrieden, aber diesmal wurde die Gewährleistung bei einem Trainingsanzug völlig unverständlich abgelehnt, bei dem sich trotz Einhaltung der Waschanleitung die Schrift vom Anzug löste... so geht das nicht!!!
I purchased 17 sets of Bjorn Borg boxer shorts, but most of them started falling apart within the first 10 washes—despite following the washing instructions. Previously, Bjorn Borg boxers I bought elsewhere lasted 50 to 100+ washes without any issues. I suspect these may be defective or even counterfeit products, especially since their customer service refuses to offer any assistance.

as we have already explained several times, these are not fake products. All Björn Borg items we sell come directly from the official distributor, and we treat every complaint with the utmost seriousness.
Your claim was carefully reviewed but unfortunately had to be rejected, as the products did not show any manufacturing defects according to the distributor’s evaluation.
We are truly sorry that we could not resolve this case to your satisfaction, but please understand that not every complaint can be approved.

Very bad customer service. I ordered glasses and i wanted to cancel my order since i didnt notice first that i can also apply a 15% code, so i wanted to reorder it and make use of the discount. The answer from the customer support was unfreindly and amateurish and didnt help at all.

Ships from abroad without clearly stating it, website had local currency. Import fees cost me an extra 30%
Avoid unless you live in Slovenia or wherever they ship from.

Had you contacted us before placing your order, we would have gladly provided this information directly.
Please also note that, as your purchase was made within the EU, the goods were sold without VAT, which means you saved the Slovenian VAT amount. However, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay any applicable taxes or import duties in their own country, as required by local regulations.
