First contact was very informative the lady I spoke to took time to tell me what the company was about and how the process would work so I was in no doubt about how to move forward,the guy who removed the stairlift was on time and courteous,removed it with no fuss or damage ,couldn’t have worked better really .

Praise where praise is due
Nothing but praise for my dealings with Stairlifts Warehouse. I wanted my parents equipment to be recycled as fully as possible and not just sent to landfill. This relatively new company endeavour to do just that wherever possible.
From website ease of use, communication throughout, engineers punctuality and removal, immediate payment transfer..... all seamless.
Thanks to engineers John & trainee Lewis for a good job.

Driver called when he was 1 hour away…
Driver called when he was 1 hour away and was very pleasant on arrival. The service received was quick and professional and payment made as soon as the driver was happy with the stairlift. Would recommend using if you have a stairlift that you no longer need.

The company are easy to deal with
The company are easy to deal with. We agreed a date and time ( rescheduled once due to A31 closure) . The engineer arrived with the agreed window, checked the stairlift and we settled on the higher end of the price range. I was paid immediately over the phone and the whole exercise took about 45 mins.
