Stairlift Warehouse is a UK-based specialist in the safe removal, recycling, and responsible resale of stairlifts. We understand that selling a stairlift often happens during a sensitive time in life. Whether following a house move, a change in mobility needs, or the loss of a loved one, we approach every collection with care, respect, and professionalism. Our engineers are polite, experienced, and trained to safely remove stairlifts without causing damage or leaving any mess behind. Unlike companies that simply scrap equipment, we focus on sustainability and reuse. Wherever possible, collected stairlifts are carefully inspected, tested, and reconditioned through our structured refurbishment process. Many units are given a second life, helping other families access affordable mobility solutions while significantly reducing unnecessary landfill waste. Parts that cannot be reused are disposed of responsibly in line with environmental and waste regulations. Our aim is to create a circular, ethical model that benefits homeowners, trade partners, and the wider community. We are a small, growing team that believes in honesty, transparency, and doing things properly. From clear communication and fair offers to prompt payment on collection day, we strive to make the entire process straightforward and stress-free. Stairlift Warehouse is the trading name of Wholesale Stairlift Services Ltd. We operate nationwide across the UK and are committed to building a trusted, long-term reputation based on genuine customer satisfaction.

Declan was the engineer today
Declan was the engineer today. He was very helpful and efficient. We appreciated him very much. Thank you for years of service of our stair lift. It is sad to see it go with our parents but we are grateful for your excellent service over many years 😊

Thank you, Nick, and what a touching message. We know it’s never easy to see a stairlift go, especially one tied to so many memories of your parents, and we’re grateful you trusted us with it. We’re so pleased Declan made the day a little easier — he’ll be moved to read this. Wishing you and your family all the best.
Excellent service!
Excellent service! After the manufacturer wanted payment to remove the stairlift, I contacted Micheal at Stairlift Warehouse who was so helpful. Accommodating when we had to change the removal date (due to no fault of our own) and an amazing service from Declan who arrived to remove it. Very fair price given, quick, easy and tidy removal. I would not hesitate to recommend in future!

Thank you so much. It’s frustrating when a manufacturer charges just to remove a lift, so we’re glad Michael could help and flex around the date change for you. A fair price and a quick, tidy removal from Declan is exactly what we aim for — thank you for recommending us.

Stairlift removal
We reached out to several stairlift removal companies following the death of my Husband.
We were called the next day by a representative from Stairlifts Warehouse, Michael, who made us an offer. I was already aware that used stairlifts were not worth a lot of money but Michael's offer was the best that we had received at that time. There was no pressure to sell.
Michael called back a week later to check if I had made a decision as they had an engineer in my area the following week. An enhanced offer was made and I decided to accept it as it was by far the best offer.
Connor, the engineer, arrived as arranged. He was friendly and polite. The lift was removed with ease and no mess was left. The agreed amount was in my account before Connor left. Simple as that. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Thank you for such a considered review, and please accept our condolences on the loss of your husband. We always want our offers to be fair and pressure-free, so it means a lot to hear Michael got that right, and that Connor then made the removal itself clean, easy and hassle-free with payment in before he left. We'll pass your thanks on to them both. Wishing you all the best.
