Great company, from the first phonecall to explaining how they would take it away, to the engineer removing it, then while he was removing it, talking to the finance department, who ensured the money was transferred, to tidying up, everything was excellent.

I trued a few companies and many showed…
I tried a few companies and many showed interest but then were unreliable. STAIRLIFTS WAREHOUSE made it very easy, their operative was lovely and made it all very easy.

The stair lift was removed efficiently…
The stair lift was removed efficiently and without causing any damage to the staircase. The team were late to the property, however this was out of their control and they kept us updated with their ETA.

An excellent experience from start to finish. I have to admit I was very worried about finding someone to remove the stairlift as I imagined there would be a lot of unscrupulous companies out there. I couldn't have been more wrong.
From the initial call with the company, to the direct messages and chat with the engineer, to the prompt payment on the day, it was brilliant. Thank you for making this such a quick and straightforward process at a tricky time for our family - we really appeciate it.

I would highly recommend Stairlifts Warehouse who proved they can be trusted to provide a great service..
Stairlifts Warehouse provided an easy process in buying my late dad's stairlift. The engineer Declan who called to let me know about twenty minutes before arriving was friendly, efficient and professional. Stairlifts Warehouse transferred the money agreed upon before Declan removed the stairlift which was very quickly without any problems and they did offer the best quote out of seven companies I tried, thank you.
