Stairlift Warehouse is a UK-based specialist in the safe removal, recycling, and responsible resale of stairlifts. We understand that selling a stairlift often happens during a sensitive time in life. Whether following a house move, a change in mobility needs, or the loss of a loved one, we approach every collection with care, respect, and professionalism. Our engineers are polite, experienced, and trained to safely remove stairlifts without causing damage or leaving any mess behind. Unlike companies that simply scrap equipment, we focus on sustainability and reuse. Wherever possible, collected stairlifts are carefully inspected, tested, and reconditioned through our structured refurbishment process. Many units are given a second life, helping other families access affordable mobility solutions while significantly reducing unnecessary landfill waste. Parts that cannot be reused are disposed of responsibly in line with environmental and waste regulations. Our aim is to create a circular, ethical model that benefits homeowners, trade partners, and the wider community. We are a small, growing team that believes in honesty, transparency, and doing things properly. From clear communication and fair offers to prompt payment on collection day, we strive to make the entire process straightforward and stress-free. Stairlift Warehouse is the trading name of Wholesale Stairlift Services Ltd. We operate nationwide across the UK and are committed to building a trusted, long-term reputation based on genuine customer satisfaction.

Friendly and great service, might need to be a bit of a flexible customer
The engineer was polite, friendly and kept in contact really well as the appointment drew closer. The initial visit was postponed at short notice which wasn't ideal but the company scheduled it for the following week. The engineer was very conscientious and professional and all the office based staff I have contact with were great. It all went well and I'd definitely recommend the company to others.

a very professional and easy stairlift removal service
Having contacted a number of other companies about stairlift removal, stairlifts warehouse were the most helpful and accommodating and offered the best price (even though all the companies I contacted offered very little considering the cost of installation); but more importantly, the stairlifts warehouse engineer (John)that came to actually remove the stairlift was extremely polite, very pleasant to deal with, chatty and very professional. removal was swift and neatly done, the payment was in my account within 30 minutes and there was nothing I could complain about at all with the removal service. John tidied up afterwards, was extremely careful not to cause any damage to the walls etc. He is a credit to the organisation.

Stairlift Warehouse, look no further
I first contacted Stairlift Warehouse via their online form, it was late in the evening, but next morning I was contacted by a very courteous friendly lady with a price for buying it from me. There was no hard sell, just facts. After a bit more research I went back to them as their offer was very reasonable. A date for collection was arranged and a named engineer assigned. Declan made contact before the day and kept me informed whilst en route and was very punctual. He was also very courteous, friendly and professional. The sales process was very smooth, and again the interaction with the finance gentleman on the phone was professional and friendly. Thank you Declan you are a credit to your Company and a great ambassador. Thank you to everyone at Stairlift Warehouse for your calm, friendly professionalism.
